San Andreas Service is a consulting firm and a designer/supplier of medical technology. The company's mission statement is to better civilian life in the city. Sloane Kelly is the co-founder, co-owner, and Chief Engineer.

Heath Care Projects[]

Originally, John "Turbo" Miller manufactured the company's products through The Factory.

Organ Donor Program[]

Bunny designed an LSMG Organ Donor Card (approved by Head Doctor Derek Shaw) that grants the hospital permission to use any viable part of the donor's dead body to treat others. Bunny ran a drive to register organ donors at Viceroy Medical Center and Dean World.

Synthethic Eye Product[]

Sas-synthetic eye-max larson

Prototype synthetic eye

Sloane Kelly engineered a Synthetic Eye (generic or customized) for all of the Los Santos citizens who want elective surgery (or require emergency surgery) for their missing eyeball. Bunny designed the packaging and registry card. John "Turbo" Miller of The Factory manufactured the prototype.

Max Larson was the first volunteer to undergo the experimental eyeball surgery. Dr. Mercy Moon, Sloane, and Bunny observed as Dr. Jeffy Coldiron (assisted by intern Millie Madden) replaced Max's T-Eye with the prototype Synthetic Eye in a trial surgery at Viceroy Medical Center on October 20, 2022. As a result of the successful operation, Head Doctor Derek Shaw approved more clinical trials for the synthetic eyeball.

Skin Graft Product[]

Sloane designed synthetic skin graft technology for the hospital.

HUD Equipped Glasses[]

Sloane designed smart Heads Up Display AR Glasses for use by both the Federal Investigation Bureau and the Los Santos Medical Group. The glasses "augment reality" and provide readouts on environments. Sloane began experimenting with using the HUD Glasses to communicate with Charlie Greene in Purgatory.

Synthetic Organs[]

Sloane Kelly set new priorities for SAS when Norman Bones sent Sloane's good friend Charlotte Greene to Purgatory on November 22, 2022, such as synthetic organs to help Norman's dying victims and ideas for returning Charlie's soul to a new body.

CPD Grand Marshal Kyle Pred was the first volunteer to receive SAS' synthetic liver on December 7, 2022 at the new Central Los Santos Medical Center. After Pred signed Sloane's waiver, Dr. Jeffy Coldiron with Dr. Dahlia Fey surgically removed Pred's failing liver and replaced it with the synthetic one. The operation sparked a medical ethics controversy, with CPD Vice Marshal Jenny Hall threatening to sue the hospital. CPD Peacekeeper Juno Sweeney was the next patient to undergo a synthetic liver transplant.

Sexton Hardcastle received a synthetic lung transplant to replace his failing one, stating that the synthetic lung had been grown at SAS from his own DNA to avoid rejection.

Themelial Gene Therapy[]

A bag of unconstituted cells, for use by physicians only in treatment of patients in need of rapid cell gene repair or replacement.

San Andreas Service building[]

Using science inside of the new San Andreas Service storefront, Sloane Kelly and Cassandra Silverton were finally able to resurrect Charlotte Greene's soul from Purgatory into a new laboratory body on December 15, 2022. Sloane discontinued the project for ethical reasons, and eventually learned of another cloning program that Dr. Arya Fitzpatrick was involved in.
