Background Information

Samuel L. Jackson is a new arrival to Los Santos. Suffering from a bad case of "affluenza," Samuel L. Jackson quickly found himself into a heap of trouble after a fateful encounter with Officer Coco Mars at a gas station ATM. Jackson held the officer up at knifepoint as he robbed him of his PD equipment. However, this situation quickly worsened as senior officer Beric Johnson and PPO Richard Tips arrived on scene. By chance, the two happened upon the robbery as they needed to pull out cash for repairs at Mosley's. After a terse standoff (which included Jackson flip-flopping on whether he should release the hostage or give back the PD Glock, telling the officers his dad owns Apple, chastising Mars for not having a fully loaded magazine, and admonishing Tips for not having his vest on in an active hostage situation), Jackson let his hostage go to return his test drive at Mosley's. He ultimately failed this and was quickly arrested.

Jackson was quick to demand Ramee El-Rahman as his lawyer, to which the two ultimately devised an escape plan seeing as how the cops weren't buying the entrapment alibi (Mars gave Samuel the equipment, therefore he was "forced" to commit these crimes). Ramee managed to sneak a knife to Jackson, to which he used Ramee as a hostage to make his way out of Misson Row Police Department and secure a police cruiser to drive away in a minute before the tsunami. To this day, Beric, Tips, and Coco remain on edge knowing that Samuel L. Jackson is still out there and one day will make his way back into the city; given that he actually gets a good train ticket.
