General Description[]
Sam Baas is a Sergeant for the Los Santos Police Department, Badge #450.
He was previously the Captain of the San Andreas State Police, Badge #250.
Baas is a 28-year-old caucasian male; he is bald and sports a fashionable mustache. As a result of Baas getting kidnapped and tortured by Talon, Baas' face is covered in burn marks.
Baas is one of the longest standing cops on the force. He has served under several tiers of ranking on the roster; formerly holding the titles of Captain of the San Andreas State Police, and the Commissioner of Police.
Personality[]
While Baas claims that his heart belongs solely to his job, he also cares deeply for his adopted daughter, Tessa Lamb. Though he feels that he is a neglectful father, due to the long hours that his job requires. Baas attempts to make up for his absence by occasionally giving Tessa hefty amounts of cash.

Trivia[]
- Despite having the callsign 450, Baas often says 250 by mistake when talking on the radio. This mixup is due to his old callsign while working in the San Andreas State Police, where he was Badge #250.
- Baas was striked for the first time by the judge Katya Zamalodchikova for behaviorism. Baas thought she kept hitting on him, especially when she kept calling him "Officer Ass". In return, Baas talked about having "white pee" when seeing her.
- Baas became a victim of Talon, and is featured in one of their videos. He was tortured and lit on fire as a way to "cleanse" him from corruption.
- Ran away from his ex-wife, Thea Law, whom he met while drunk, and moved to Los Santos to create his own family in PD.
- His real son Fukde Law Sam.
- Sam Baas is one of the longest serving members of the Los Santos Police Department. he has previously been the Commissioner of Police (Current day Chief of Police) and wore an outfit similar to current day Svensen, he then became a Trooper, with the rank of Captain and the callsign 250.
