Saleem Windar is an eager, fast and polite Muslim man from Pakistan chasing the American dream. Saleem used to own three gas stations prior to coming to the city. He tends to hang out with his friend Abdul AlRahim at the Xero24 Strawberry Ave. Gas Station.
Saleem, Dougles Gunnaguther and Abdul had started the business - Saleems Gasaleem - at that gas station, talking to customers and helping them to fill up their empty gas tanks in exchange for tips. Despite being an innocent man, Saleem does not have a clean sheet and is well known to the PD for his criminal nature.
