General Description[]
Sai Carter owns Sai Carter’s Gun Emporium off El Rancho, and used to work for Garage Q as a Lot Attendant. He is known for throwing women off of the Vinewood sign, killing golden retrievers as part of his activities with his gang the Diamond Dogs, and his general misfortune both random and self-inflicted.
On 1/24/2021 after a series of blood work at Pillbox Medical, he was diagnosed with "Fullblown" AIDS(Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome), and was given 10 days to live.
On May 27th, 2021 Charlie Jannetty and Langston Carter legally renounced custody of Sai citing "a very long, extraneous series of mistakes, unfortunate events, and never-ending disappointments" and acknowledgement that "Sai is a complete failure of a son". As a result Victoria Viale was Sai's only remaining custodian.

Trivia[]
- On 10/4/22 Sai was told by Siz Fulker that he was a member of the HOB as a consequence for the Diamond Dog's role in the previous kidnapping of Lilith Ailhart. Although in reality this was a lie, as Siz had no real interest in making Sai at all affiliated with the HOA; Siz actually disbanded the HOB division the next day (making any possible claims of affiliation with the HoA through the HOB, now appear unsubstantiated).
