Ryan Kindle is from Russia, but only few people are aware of that - specifically Eugene Zuckerberg.
Kindle is a Russian sleeper agent trying to disguise himself as a Canadian, in an attempt to infiltrate the US Government. He left Russia and came to Los Santos, because he was wanted by the Russian Mafia. Ryan has found hate for the police, and will do anything to get a chance to shoot them.
