Rudy Chalk is a Deputy for the Senora Desert Sheriff's Office, Badge #931.
Background Information[]
Rudy was raised in an orphanage in Massachusetts and never knew his real parents. The neglect that he received there caused him to develop psychological issues, making it hard for him to feel or understand his own emotions.
However once he traveled to Los Santos, after the casino that he worked at in his home state burned down, he began to learn how to feel emotions properly with the help of the other residents of the city. Particularly fear from being kidnapped all of the time.
Now Rudy wanders the streets of Los Santos, looking for anything that can help "make him feel more alive."
