Roxie Faye was sentenced to life in prison after murdering her husband and his six mistresses.
Despite the violent nature of her crime, Roxie is a friendly and caring presence around the prison. She often takes on an almost motherly role, welcoming in criminals when they arrive in prison, listening to them bemoan about failed plans, and scolding familiar faces when they once again find themselves behind bars. She also tends to call others "dear" or "dearie", or address them by miss or mister.
