General Information[]
Rohan was a shut-in prior to moving to Los Santos. After being kicked out of his house by his parents, he moved to Los Santos. When not hanging out with his various friends, Rohan spent most of his time working as a clerk in City Hall, responding to inquiries and selling gun licenses. He also works part-time driving for Gruppe 6, and unofficially works as the Mayor and Chief of Staff's bodyguard and security for events. Rohan has major side-character energy, and has been called the best NPC in Los Santos. He is currently in a relationship with Ammori Grimm.
History[]
Rohan was born and raised in San Fierro. His father became the TikTok superstar who dressed as a Glizzy and did "Glizzy Overdrives" for donations. His mother, a raging alcoholic, divorced his father for his choice of career. While attending Glizzcon 2023, Rohan's father was found dead in a public toilet with 47 total Glizzies stuck in his throat and mouth.

Arm Amputation by Vingle Dan[]
Rohan was working security at the front desk in City Hall for Mayor Maximillian Thoroughbred, who was having an open-house meeting with the citizens to hear their requests. One of the people in line that day was the notorious psychopath Vingle Dan. Vingle asked the mayor for a gun. A brief discussion about how Vingle's previous lengthy criminal record was expunged, how he amputated his own hands and sold them for $50k each, and how he would somehow fire the gun by strapping it to one stump and smashing the trigger with the other stump until it fired, led the mayor to decline Vingle's request, but suggested he take a cop hostage and steal their gun as an alternative.
At that point, Vingle made his way around the counter, with his stated intent as "just grabbing a ride" (in the form of Siobhan's motorcycle). Siobhan pulled out her pistol and trained it on Vingle; Rohan followed Vingle around the counter while brandishing a crowbar. After a tense confrontation, Vingle gave an ominous warning: "You have all made an enemy today." He walked back from around the counter, with Rohan escorting him out. As he made his way out of the City Hall, he added an even darker and more direct threat: "I will not rest until everyone that brandished a weapon at me is dead."
Vingle came back about 5 minutes later in a Gauntlet Hellfire muscle car and drove it in through City Hall's front doors. The mayor and Siobhan fled out the back on Siobhan's motorcycle, and after almost running over multiple people, someone in the crowd pointed out to Vingle that Rohan was one of the people who brandished a weapon at him. Rohan immediately bolted for the doors, running out into the courtyard of City Hall, followed shortly by Vingle in the car. After a short pursuit, Vingle got out of the car and chased Rohan, who almost immediately tripped and fell. Vingle bashed Rohan multiple times with a wrench while he was down, shattering his ribcage. Vingle re-entered the car and ran over Rohan with it, then ordered a bystander to put Rohan into his vehicle, and they sped off towards Sandy Shores.
On the way to Sandy Shores, Vingle repeatedly demanded the address of the mayor, but Rohan said he was sworn to secrecy (and actually forgot the exact location). He stalled Vingle by leading him around Sandy Shores, which eventually made Vingle run out of patience. He pulled Rohan out of the car, and Vingle forced a bystander to call Siobhan. He intended for the bystander to make Siobhan ping her location, but the passerby instead pinged Siobhan, giving her their location. This seemed to make Vingle panic, so he strapped some knives to his own nub hands, and began cutting Rohan's left arm off above his elbow in a visceral and bloody scene. Siobhan and Max arrived shortly after Vingle fled, and about 10-15 minutes later, police and EMS showed up.
After a lengthy attempt to save Rohan's arm, the surgeons on duty decided they were unable to reattach it, likely due to the gruesome method Vingle used to chop and saw it off. Rohan was in a coma for a short period of time due to his injuries, and has since been learning to live again with his new handicap (while also keeping a running count of the number of times people make "give you a hand" jokes).
