River is a girl with who just moved to Los Santos. She likes to do jobs for coffee or money! She is very book smart but not street smart although she does not realize this. River gets taken advantage of as she trusts people too easily.
Alta Street Ruff Rydaz[]
During one of River's early days in the city, she gave a random man a gun at the apartments. That man happened to be Mike Block. Later that evening a car crashed into her and attempted to take her hostage. It was Mike Block again. Due to the earlier interaction they decided to have her join them in taking hostages instead of her being one. They took 6 people hostage and cops arrived on scene. Mike and Wingman scooped up River. Wingman got caught by the police and Mike and River continued their escape kidnapping EMS and another man in the back of a delivery truck. They attempted to exchange their hostages for Wingman. In the exchange Mike told River in order to be initiated into the gang she needed to Flip off Toretti. She did as she was asked enthusiastically.
River owns the "Block Stash House" on Occupation x Alta Street
