Rippy briefly owned an ice cream truck that was just a stolen ambulance. He drove it around town asking people if they would like some ice cream. Two people bought Rippy's ice cream sandwiches, but little did they know he poisoned the ice cream sandwiches and caused the two to go into ICU.
