Sometimes referred to as "Tessa's Driving School," Right of Way is a government licensed business established to help those that run into trouble with their drivers licenses. Whether students have an excess of points from infractions, or are new to driving entirely, this school can help get them back on the road safely. The school also offers a course which is part of the city's expungement program.
