Sometimes just referred to as "Tessa's Driving School" Right of Way is a government licensed business established to help those that run into trouble with their drivers licenses. Whether students have an excess of points from infractions, or are new to driving entirely, this school can help get them back on the road safely.

Potential/Previous Instructors[]
- Jordan Steele expressed interest in becoming an instructor back before losing his job as a police officer. Tessa entertained the possibility, but nothing ever went forward.
- Jessie Skid † was training to become an instructor before the time of his death. Tessa was giving him extra lessons to make sure he was fully versed in the laws and best practices. Unfortunately, Jessie was never hired on before his passing.
- Roger R. Roger showed interest in joining the school, but never came back around after getting the job.
- William Thatch was an instructor for a short period of time but his duties as a therapist prevented him from having the time to carry on with the driving school.
Trivia[]
- Tessa will sometimes advertise in the Yellow Pages to attract some customers if things are slow.
- It was a running joke that Tessa only hires other serial killers both Vivi, and Roger were both killers at the time of being hired. Mr. Smiley only solidifies this trend.
- As a cop Jordan often did traffic stops to suspend people's licenses to send more business to Tessa.
- The driving school is a tax-exempt business
