Rico Pingafria is a character role-played by BananaDuck.
Description[]
Rico Pingafria arrived to Los Santos looking for his father Osvaldo Pingafria. He originally is from Cuba but he and his mother left to live in Ohio, instead. His father suspected him being from Russia after he heard Rico losing his accent. Rico was supposedly shot and killed by James Randal in front of the courthouse.
Rico later returned to Los Santos, many years later. He was killed for real this time by being hit by a car.
