General Description[]
Ricky Randal is the nephew of James Randal, and the son of Jacob Randal. Unlike his uncle, Ricky was a bit short-tempered and prone to aggression. He came to Los Santos in search of his uncle only to be met with the news that his uncle was incarcerated at Bolingbroke Penitentiary which ended up causing Ricky to take a hostage and demand the release of his uncle Jimmy, which ended up in him being shot by the police.

His ultimate fate was kept secret by LSPD from James and he was not seen again until 2 years later when he abseiled above the city looking for his uncle one last time, looking alive and healthy.
