Rick Rivers from Weazel News stumbled upon the Cleanbois running an illegal car operation in a parking lot and began recording. The Cleanbois noticed and caught up with him, throwing him in their trunk and taking him out to a lighthouse. Eventually, they decided they had to kill Rick. He tried to escape but ultimately was taken down by Humberto Antonio Donato Pecorino. The Cleanbois found a nearby boat and loaded his body onto it, dumping him far out into the ocean. It was the last anyone heard from Rick.
