Remedy Creed is a prospect for Habibis.
Background[]
Born Niamh O’Broin near Cork, Ireland, Remedy grew up all over the world due to her father's criminal lifestyle. Her father was an international art and jewel thief who taught his children the trade. Remedy and her brother Reno, learned how to be thieves at a young age. Remedy's first crime was at the age of six, when she stole a woman's purse. The whole family is wanted by Interpol.
Remedy has had many names, but she has said this is the name she always comes back to. Her first name comes from her father's first scam. When she was born she was a healthy baby, but Ronan said she was ill with a rare disease and raised money for a miracle cure. Thus, Remedy was named because she was "cured." Her brother Reno was named after the city where their father had a really big score.
Remedy doesn't speak with her father or brother in part because of the dark past they share. She has unresolved trauma because her father, a charismatic con artist and sociopath, controlled every aspect of his children's lives through manipulation and abuse. Remedy was once forced to kill her brother's girlfriend, Nora, because her dad saw the connection as a weakness, convincing Remy that she was going to get Reno killed.
Remedy's mother was a Traveler (a Gypsy) and she learned to read tarot cards as a child from her. She was brutally murdered in front of Remedy.
Forced by her father to marry under an assumed name (Caoimhe Bran) to an Italian Mafia don named Matteo Costa, Remedy left her abusive marriage and went on the run. The marriage was never legal but she is certain he will come for her one day.
Personality[]
Remedy's sweet personality belies a quick wit to match her nimble fingers. She has an iron will and does not pull any punches when it comes to defending herself and protecting her friends and family.
Life In ADMC[]
Remedy was invited by Edbert Ropeburn to complete the Hangaround Challenge on the 15th of February 2024, after helping the club acquire their first gun. Accepted as a Hangaround on the 29th of February 2024. Prospected on the 26th of March 2024. Buried a vial of her own blood for prospecting ceremony. Their jacket was Edbert Ropeburn. Removed on the 25th of June 2024 with Ed shooting her in the head.
