Reina West is a well-known tarot reader, event planner, and product designer. She currently assists with operations over at the Liquid Library. She is married to Wally West, the former Sergeant At Arms for the Raiders MC, and used to be his Old Lady in the club.

Her years of experience in tarot have given her the confidence to be brutally honest with others, while working for The Liquid Library gave her the backbone to not tolerate other peoples' bullshit. She prides herself in her empathetic nature that allows her to connect with others more easily. However, this has its own drawback as Reina can be the type to have her opinion easily swayed by the most recent person she's spoken with.

Reina is a first-generation Asian American child born to a Filipino dentist father and top Japanese theater producer mother. Her upbringing saw a privileged private school party girl, mixed with humble visits to her paternal family's strawberry farm in Baguio, to the harsh world of her maternal family's shady business. Reina was raised in a cutthroat perfectionist environment, mainly stemming from her mother belonging to the Hirose family. A prominent yakuza clan located in Fukuoka, Japan.
However, Reina tries her best to separate herself from her mother's own selfish ambitions. Instead she pursued the arts in college, desiring to be a filmmaker. For a brief time Reina held a stint on a popular web show as both a paranormal investigator and true crime enthusiast. Unfortunately her creative dream was short-lived, marred by her mother's desire to use Reina's future career for illegal dealings. With no desire to be a pawn, Reina set off for Los Santos to pave her own way on her own terms.
Five Years Later[]
Prior to the economy collapse, Reina had become something of a recluse. Barely leaving her home and having difficulty interacting with others, she and her husband Dante decided to embark on a year-long journey of international travel to rebuild her confidence.
As the government of Los Santos fell and the state of San Andreas became uninhabitable, the Vergara-Thomas' opted to instead spend time with family. Following their country-hopping vacation, the couple settled in Dallas for two years to grow closer to Dante's maternal family. The stability and warmth her mother-in-law provided helped to heal some of the generational trauma Reina had endured growing up.
Reina and Dante later spent another two years in Fukuoka, much to Reina's chagrin. However, she bore it all so that her husband could learn the best about business from the country well-known for its professionalism in the sector. Relations with her own family have somewhat improved thanks to this.
Upon hearing that flights to Los Santos were reopening again, the two decided it was time to firmly plant their roots back where they first met and forge their own paths independently of their families. Although, it seems Reina may owe a favor for the stellar education her husband received.

Swamp hag Bethesda Mugwort successfully uncursed Wally of his ED. Reina then gifted him a new 300R Widebody car on June 20, 2025. The amoral hypnotist Lucian Lullaby began infecting the dreams of Reina and her friends, and called Wally to antagonize Reina. After Reina joined a failed rescue mission for Lullaby's prisoner Sooty Gamwich at Parsons Rehabilitation Center on July 4, 2025, Lullaby hypnotized both Reina and Idol Lunas on July 7, 2025 to transport an incapacitated Sooty from a Grapeseed farm to LSIA to be flown out of the state. A rescue team saved Sooty and snapped Reina out of her trance. The next day, Reina's sister V warned Reina that Wally will leave her if she keeps shutting him out--and that if Reina didn't tell him the truth about what happened with Lullaby, then V will.   Wally in a trivia competition against look-alike Hunter Zoloman about who knows Reina better on July 9, 2025 On July 9, 2025, Wally received a letter from one of Reina's old flings Brody Moore with a challenge from Reina's "Six Evil Sexes" (himself and five other people who had sex with her). Wally competed with each of them 1-on-1:
  Sooty and a hypnotized Reina downed during Lullaby's confrontation with Oshiera, Marty, Idol, and Ziggy at Humane Labs on July 17, 2025 Having kidnapped Raiders MC Warden Rylee Kenwood, Lullaby pinged Sooty Gamwich, Idol Lunas, and Ziggy Buggs to Humane Labs and Research on July 17, 2025. The trio arrived with Reina, Raiders Prospect Marty Holiday, and his new girlfriend Oshiera Petros (now a Hangaround for the Hounds MC). Sensing that things were getting hostile right off the bat, Lullaby said a series of trigger words to put Sooty, Reina, and Idol into trances (though the hypnotic attempt on Idol failed and she just pretended -- Sooty, feeling herself getting foggy, got angry setting off the shock-device on her back causing her to pass out). Lullaby ordered Reina to hold a gun on Oshiera, but Oshiera shot her down upon seeing her sister fall to the ground. Oshiera and Ziggy, with guns in hand, ordered Lullaby to give them information and to undo the trances. Lullaby said that his patients will never be free of his hypnotic treatments if they killed him and that he would only undo the trances if they let him leave in his car. They acquiesced. The group rushed Reina to the hospital, and she went into ICU. Afterward, a distraught Marty told Veronica Calaway and Duke Ramsey at Chumash Pier that had given his girlfriend Oshiera the gun that she had shot Reina (the girlfriend of his sponsor Wally) with. In a phone call with Wally on July 21, 2025, Oshiera admitted that she had shot his hypnotized girlfriend Reina to proactively sacrifice a threat rather than as a last resort. Afterward in a meeting with the Raiders MC, Wally condemned Marty's relationship with Oshiera, had a private talk with him, and began second-guessing whether Marty should receive a Raiders MC patch.   A disguised Lullaby trying to sneak an Iridescent Black Card onto Lotte on July 28, 2025   Wade repeatedly blasting Lullaby with a shotgun at the Vinewood Bowl on July 28, 2025 The Raiders, with Lotte and Reina, rescued Rylee on July 28, 2025 when they found her near Catfish View. They hurriedly brought her to the hospital where Attending Doctor Stacey Recht gave her a medical examination. The toxicology report found that Lullaby had drugged Rylee with cocaine, ecstasy, and lean. The club was worried that Rylee might relapse on cocaine after being clean for a couple of months. Shortly after, Lotte and Reina shot down a disguised Lullaby at the food court when he tried to slip an iridescent black card into Lotte's pocket (the same card he had given to Reina and Pockets earlier while in disguise). They brought him to the Vinewood Bowl and were joined by Wade Wilson, V, and Marty (providing backup in case Ursula showed up). Lotte stole two notebooks off of Lullaby, which revealed many more patients--including Ursula--confirming that she is, in fact, under his control. After Lotte was done, Wade shot him many more times with a shotgun.   On July 29, 2025, Reina, Rylee, V, Duke, and Lotte kidnapped John Chena (one of Reina's "Six Evil Sexes" who had survived his steel cage fight at the Liquid Library against Wally) and held him hostage for a cash exchange heist. No cops responded to the robbery so the ladies (minus Duke) took John to the top of Mount Chiliad. They then proceeded to torture him (cutting out his tongue and two fake eyes, among other things) before shooting and killing him during his attempt to fight back. The ladies then rented a boat from the fishing spot, dumped all the weapons used in the murder out in the ocean, returned to Chumash to burn the clothes they had changed out of, and ended the night with a beach dance party.   Wally winning the KTBC final and the one million dollar prize at the Paleto Farmers Market on August 9, 2025 On August 9, 2025, Wally won a KTBC tournament at the Paleto Farmers Market, and spent part of his one million dollar prize money on a new Dominator ASP car gift for Reina. Lullaby survived his gunshot wounds and was discharged from the hospital on August 13, 2025. He phoned Reina, and tried to hypnotize her into picking up and delivering a journal to Ursula Leichenberg. However, Wally was with Reina at the time of the phone call and helped her overcome the hypnotic attempt. Reina learned where the journal was and retrieved it from a dumpster on Del Perro Pier. The journal stated that Lullaby was dying from the gunshot wounds he sustained from the Raiders MC, and that he had to drastically speed up the timeline on completing Subject 42. Reina and Lotte speculated that Lullaby intended to transfer his consciousness into Subject 42 and that the subject could either be Ursula, Rylee, or lifer Logan Keys. Reina and Wally decided to attend therapy together as they were close to taking a big step in their relationship (with Reina inching ever closer to becoming Wally's Old Lady). They had their first couples therapy session with new therapist Sayer Safin at Parsons Rehabilitation Center on September 23, 2025. |

Although the Raiders MC respected their members' loved ones and prohibited the club from harming any of them, Reina was not part of the club and thus barred from that secretive part of her boyfriend Wally West's life. Reina worked toward joining the Raiders as an Old Lady, a high honor reserved for the trusted romantic partner (or a really close friend) of a club member. Raiders Old Ladies were protected by the club, privy to all of the club's secrets, allowed to wear a kutte and a Raiders MC patch, allowed a voice at chapter meetings, and in time could even earn a vote and a command position like her adoptive sister Veronica Calaway did. The Raiders MC Old Lady rank required a unanimous vote of approval from all patched members and current Old Ladies. At the request of Raiders MC Vice President Wade Wilson, Reina wrote why she wanted to be Wally's Old Lady in a letter to recovering President Darcy Lane. Reina received Lane's letter back on September 25, 2025, and was devastated to read that she would likely never receive Lane's blessing to join the club. The letter detailed Lane's opinion that Reina was undeniably good for the club, but not good for Wally--and advised her to break up with him because if the club blooded her in as an Old Lady, Lane guaranteed that the club would also blood out Reina someday. Lane added that she's never been more sure in her life of that--but that Reina was welcome to test fate. Reina interpreted the letter as a challenge to continue to be there for Wally and the club without a kutte on her back. Reina's adoptive sister V leveled with her that Lane likely heard a narrative from the club that Reina and Wally seemed toxic together because of how they kept fighting in front of them. In a conversation with a guilt-ridden Wally, Acting President Wade admitted that he partially disagreed with Lane's position, and decreed that the Raiders MC will still vote on Reina's Old Lady status on the originally scheduled date. Due to a club rule regarding extended absences, Lane would not be able to cast a vote. Wally and Reina canvassed each Raider again to assure them that their "toxicity" wasn't actually serious.   The Raiders MC blooding out Marty on September 26, 2025 Unbeknownst to Reina, her friend in the Raiders MC Marty Holiday had received an ultimatum from his Hounds MC girlfriend Oshiera Petros to choose between her and the Raiders--and he had decided to choose her. He had also begun "losing his mind" over "very disturbing news" of an incident where Wally and V had falsely claimed Reina as a Raider member to protect her. While most of the Raiders were in prison on September 26, 2025 for "attempted mass murder" at Davis City Hall, Marty drove Reina to Paleto Pier under the pretense of talking about Old Lady stuff. After he confirmed her "false-flagging" as a Raider member, he shot her multiple times in the back without any explanation. Nomad James Callahan rushed to Reina from his overlook position, dropped her off with Alice Omen to take to the hospital, and guarded the Raiders' Chumash stash against any possible house heist. Outraged by the news, the Raiders rushed to get out of prison and kept hunting Marty until he finally pinged Wade to the Raiders' Sandy Shores blood out spot. The Raiders took him to an alternate spot to blood him out. To the club's disbelief, he explained that he had shot Reina for "disrespecting the patch"--because she, Wally, and V had all falsely claimed that Reina was a club member. Marty and the club angrily berated each other before he finally blamed them for making him hate himself. Road Captain Mason Calaway took Marty's kutte and had the venomous snake bite him. Wade banned Marty and Oshiera from Chumash. Wade, Wally, Mason, V, and James all unloaded several shotgun blasts on a smirking Marty, and took an extra step of dumping him at his beloved spot overlooking Bolingbroke Penitentiary.
  Reina formally requesting to become a Raiders MC Old Lady on September 29, 2025 In a Raiders MC meeting at Chumash Pier on September 29, 2025, Reina formally requested the honor of becoming an Old Lady for them. The club asked her questions and voiced their opinions. Despite Lane's letter, Wade said he was still undecided and that his vote would depend on her answer to what fortune means to her. The Raiders MC unanimously voted 6-0 in front of Reina to blood her in as their third-ever Old Lady of their club. Wade forewarned Reina that she'll have to earn Lane's favor when she returns. Afterward in a club ride, Reina and Lotte trailed in the van for the final time.   The Raiders MC blooding in Reina as their third Old Lady on October 1, 2025 During the seaside ceremony officiated by Wade on October 1, 2025 to blood Reina into the Raiders MC as their third-ever Old Lady, both she and Wally stood in a circle lined by Wade, Rylee (who had recently lost her left arm to a murder kitty), Duke, Lotte, James, V and Mason. Reina recited the Raiders MC's Old Lady vows, and exchanged custom vows with Wally. The Raiders lit the circle of candles. For the ritual, they both drank snake venom wine from a chalice. V looped a rope around Reina's upper arm, and Wally lit it on fire with a candle. The rope burned Reina's arm for the full three-minute duration (a good omen for the heath of their relationship) before finally falling to the ground. Wade concluded the ceremony. Afterward, Reina tried on the Raiders MC Old Lady kutte for the first time.   Jet and Tommy Thompson robbing Reina and Wally on October 2, 2025 The first test of Wally as Reina's Sergeant At Arms occurred the very next day on October 2, 2025, when his friend Lucas Kurai led the Thompson twins (Jet and Tommy Thompson) under duress to Chumash to get guns from Wally. The Thompson twins held up both Wally and Reina up at knife point in front of Big Ouch, kidnapped them to a hillside mansion nearby (while leaving Lucas behind), robbed them of their weapons, and tried to get information on the "ABC MC" and the "birds MC." The twins then left them there. Although Lucas gave Wally and Reina $50,000 to make up for the loss of their weapons, Reina still shot Lucas for bringing the twins to Chumash (after he taunted her by asking where she was going to get a gun, not knowing that she had retrieved one from her van just moments before returning to Big Ouch). She then stole Lucas' car and ocean dumped it. Upset by the ordeal, Wally told Reina that Lucas was an idiot and didn't know any better--but conceded that he probably deserved it. Wally, Reina, and Wade Wilson then went searching for the twins but couldn't find them. The next day, Wally reprimanded Reina for unnecessarily escalating the situation and said that he needed some space. However, later on he went to see Reina while she was working at the Liquid Library under the pretense of protecting her from Lucas and the Thompson twins before finally admitting that he didn't want her to be alone, knowing full well how Mason Calaway and Veronica Calaway got when they were in similar circumstances.   Mason blasting police officers with a shotgun during a Raiders MC holdout at the Rogers scrapyard on October 17, 2025 LSPD Officer Avery Paige awoke from her coma on October 17, 2025 and gave a statement to BCSO Sgt. Jonah Sloe. Avery couldn't recall that Wade Wilson had shot her, but thought the Raiders MC were responsible. Shortly after, the Raiders, Flossie Grey, and Reina's old friend (and former HOA Prospect) Oscar Pepper took off-duty LSPD Sgt. Vi Gray hostage in front of his wife Dr. Siren Gray for a laundromat robbery, leading her to call 911. Jonah was the first officer on scene, and wanted to make an example of the Raiders for their recent transgressions against the police. The police immediately tried to pit Wally's getaway car aggressively--but when he lost them easily, Jonah called for a show of force against the club in Chumash. The show of force escalated quickly as Wade and Reina knocked Jonah and another officer off their motorbikes. Rylee Kenwood picked up Wade, and led the police on a long chase to Rogers Salvage & Scrap where Mason ambushed them with a shotgun. The club held out until the police breached the building and shot Wade, Mason, Reina, Wally, and Rylee down. Wade had robbed LSPD Cmdr. Ruby York of her assault rifle before the breach and ordered Duke to clear out Big Ouch as a preventative measure in case he got raided. He also had the gun that he used to shoot Avery with and refused to answer Jonah's questions, only saying that she deserved it and to stay the fuck out of Chumash. The next day, Wade's old friend Jane Borden arrived and was introduced to the club.   Reina marrying Wally in Davis City Hall on November 11, 2025 In the smaller Davis City Hall courtroom on November 11, 2025, Reina married Wally with Veronica Calaway and Duke Ramsey in attendance. Georgia Priestly officiated. Reina took Wally's last name, and paid Judge Roman Atlas to officially register them as married.   Sergeant At Arms Wally retiring from the Raiders MC on November 24, 2025 Not long after in that same month, Wally began privately notifying each Raider that he planned to invoke his Founder status to retire from the Raiders MC--and that his Old Lady Reina would be leaving with him. His reasons for retiring included a desire for unaffiliated pursuits, exhaustion, and the void left by his deceased best friend Rue Day. In the chapter meeting on November 24, 2025, Lane announced the retirement of Wally and a new upcoming ceremony for his Old Lady Reina to peacefully leave the club with him. Lane also shockingly announced that Road Captain Mason Calaway was stripped of his Founder status and was no longer a member of the Raiders MC, summing up that she no longer trusted him to represent the club.   Reina retiring her Old Lady kutte at the Raiders MC's first-ever bond-breaking ceremony on November 24, 2025 Later that same night at the Raiders MC's first-ever "bond-breaking ceremony" for Old Ladies whose Patched Members leave the club peacefully, Lane clarified that Reina can choose to leave peacefully with Wally. At the Sandy Shores overlook, Lane had both Wally and Reina drink snake wine from the original chalice from the Old Lady ceremony, took Wally's kutte, had him tie up and blindfold Reina, had her cut her bindings with a knife, and had her walk to Sustantia Beach. In response to Lane's question about whether she'd like to join the Raiders MC as a Patched Member or retire her Old Lady kutte, Reina answered the latter and handed her kutte over to Lane. By December 2025, Reina was continuing her CEO job at the Liquid Library and her husband Wally West was trafficking guns. But a specter from their past in the Raiders MC, the club's exiled ex-Founder Mason Calaway, came back to haunt them. Wally, Mason's half-sister Alice Omen, and Mason's ex-wife Veronica Calaway started receiving mysterious anonymous calls with silence on the other end. Having been covertly back in town for five days, a blacked-out Mason ran into Reina outside of the Liquid Library on December 14, 2025. She agreed to secretly ride on his blacked-out Gargoyle motorbike to talk. He mentioned his uncertainty on whether to face his consequences (a blooding out of the club), admitted to making the anonymous calls (and not having the nerve to speak), and asked to make sure V is okay. Afterward, Reina told Wally everything about the Mason encounter including what they secretly talked about. Reasoning that they had to get ahead of it now, Wally phoned down the Raiders MC chain-of-command until he got to V (who was at the hospital outside of Rylee Kenwood's ICU room). He asked to have either Rylee or Lane call him--and that he didn't trust V with the information. A still blacked-out Mason then drove up to V outside of the hospital, held her up, and robbed her gun and lockpicks. Allie agreed with Wally and Reina that they need to alert the Raiders lest they find out she kept Mason's return secret. When Wally and Reina broke the news to Raiders MC High Command Lane and Wade Wilson at Hookies, Lane advised that they try to intercept Mason if he reaches out to Reina again. On December 15, 2025, Reina, Wally, Allie, and Leonidas Lantsov finally launched their non-gang affiliated business where they offer various bounties to other groups--now rechristened as an arcade/roleplaying quest business called Elysium Expeditions. Rylee was one of the first people to sign up for their "December Quest Book". On paper, Elysium was a legal front for the quartet's real purpose of the business: an illegal bounty board called the Hellfire Club. Wally also got another business approved named Velocity Security Solutions.   Mason blaming Reina for his woes before shooting her on December 19, 2025 On December 19, 2025, an unhinged Mason kidnapped Reina from the Liquid Library and despaired that he had nothing left to live for except for Allie. Mason blamed his downward spiral on Wally's retirement from the Raiders MC, and blamed Reina for making that possible by giving Wally a life outside of the club. After she suggested that Mason take the bullet as the solution, he shot Reina in the legs and feet. He then twatted, "Sorry Wally. She's by the dam". V found her and took her to the hospital. After Mason texted Allie that he loved her, he called Wally to come to the Route 68 church--and provided him with a rattlesnake in accordance with the Raiders' blooding out ritual. Despite Wally's belief that a retired Sergeant At Arms cannot officially blood out a Raider, he nevertheless poisoned Mason with the rattlesnake's bite and shot him twice with a sweeper shotgun--but then anonymously called EMS to rush him to the hospital. When Wally arrived at Big Ouch covered in blood, V burst into tears and ran off. He broke the news to Reina, Allie, Rylee, Lotte Breeze, and James Callahan. After Wally emotionally apologized to Allie, she stoically drove off to be alone. Given that Allie was the only name on Mason's emergency contact list, none of the Raiders including Lane and Wade could enter the ICU ward to see him. Lane tried to gain access to Mason's ICU room when he was briefly brought upstairs so she could set a snake loose, but she got lost in the hospital ducts and came out in a random room.   Mason's organs eventually failed later that night from the snake venom, and Dr. Arlo Cade officially pronounced him dead on December 20, 2025 at 5:36AM UTC. During the subsequent homicide investigation by Sgt. Daisy Moss, Snr. Deputy Odette Swan, Cadet Dean Duncan, and Alice Liddell, they suspected Raiders MC blood outs once Sgt. Moss discovered that the projectile/casing from the murder weapon matched the same shotgun that blew up the propane tank next to Raider Duke Ramsey (where Wally's DNA had been found). Wally was arrested with the murder weapon on December 29, 2025 when he ran over LEOs, and was placed on a 24-hour hold (and given bail shortly after). LSPD Snr. Officer Brandi Lynn tried in vain to contact several Raiders about Mason, but did receive an anonymous text on December 30, 2025 asking whether her justice is for the living or only for the dead. The text included a screenshot of Mason's apologetic twat to Wally that "she's by the dam", but didn't clarify whom that referred to. Snr. Officer Lynn eventually suspected that the text came from Reina. After burner phone leads involving Dante Rivers and Theo Jackson turned up nothing, Dr. Stacey Recht informed Snr. Officer Lynn and Snr. Deputy Swan in a recorded interview on January 7, 2026 that she had treated Reina for gunshot wounds on the night Mason was murdered. Wally declined their plea deal offer of five years in prison and a two million dollar fine.   The People v Wally West first degree murder trial on January 9, 2026 In The People v Wally West trial on January 9, 2026, he dodged seven years in prison and a three million dollar fine when his defense attorneys Bailey Harvey and Tony Leung successfully argued that Snr. Officer Lynn and Snr. Deputy Swan had failed to prove the first degree murder of Mason. Citing the multiple contributing factors to Mason's death, Judge Angela Adams instead convicted Wally of manslaughter. She also convicted him of the attempted second degree murder of Duke and the felony hit-and-run of the LEOs. Wally got time served and a $100K fine. |
