Raymond Romanov is the founder and leader of R.U.S.T, a notorious group of criminals that operates in the south side of Los Santos. He has a stellar reputation in the criminal world, allowing him to establish a very reliable network to reach for information, resources, and jobs that aid his criminal empire. Prior to R.U.S.T, he was a valuable member of Cleanbois and Pegasus Concierge. His constant motivation to progress in criminal activity has earned him the affectionate title of "The Grinder" of Cleanbois. He has become one of the most feared criminals of Los Santos, who is willing to do anything to succeed. Apart from his criminal endeavour, he co-founded Betta Life Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company he sold to Cerberus for $10 Million on February 16, 2023.

Raymond Romanov was born in Russia on Valentine's Day in 1994. He has grey hair and usually dresses all black, along with a mask and sometimes a helmet. Raymond has a degree in the medical field and has also completed flight school and obtained his pilot's license. He is known for his great flying and was once named the "best pilot in his nation". He uses Rayven-1 as his call sign for radio communications with air traffic personnel. Raymond has a younger cousin who shares the same birthday, Raycardo Flick.
Raymond is known to be one of the most attractive men in Los Santos despite his awful fashion sense. His charming, flirtatious, and friendly personality, alongside his good looks, more than makes up for that. He takes full advantage of his gifts of course, and he is known to hit on every man and woman he meets. He is also a very loyal and trustworthy person, and while attending to his personal life outside of crime and violence, he is honest and caring, at least to the people he loves and cares about.

Betta Life Pharmaceuticals
Raymond is one of the founders and ex-owner of Betta Life Pharmaceuticals. It is the first and only pharmaceutical company and pharmacy in Los Santos. The business was officially approved and took off on May 1, 2021. As of August 25, 2021, the main building, located on South Mo Milton Drive and Eclipse Boulevard, West Vinewood, was approved and the company is undergoing a reconstruction phase lead by both Kitty Dream and Raymond. Due to legal reasons, Kitty Dream was appointed to be the 'face' of the company since March 10th, 2022. However, Raymond remained as the owner of the company off the books until it was sold to Cerberus for $10 Million on February 16th, 2023.

Hayes Auto Body Repairs
Raymond is hired as a mechanic at Hayes Auto Body Repairs by Shane Powers. He doesn't work there regularly if at all and typically only uses his employment to fix his own vehicles when there isn't any workers around to help him.
Pegasus Concierge
Raymond is hired into Pegasus Concierge "unofficially" by Nino Chavez after proving himself in multiple occasions. He is mainly involved in laundering money for Nino and Pegasus.
AirX Flight School
Raymond was hired as one of the workers at AirX Flight School within his first few days. He was currently one of their flight instructors and skydiving instructors. He was fired on May 1, 2021 after he was caught using airplanes for a bank robbery. He was briefly rehired because he had not been caught committing crimes with aircrafts.

Rooster's Rest
During Raymond's first few days he was hired by Humberto Antonio Donato Pecorino, aka Donnie, to the Rooster's Rest and has made many friends there. About 2 week since his arrival, his loyalty was rewarded by a promotion and was given keys to Rooster's by Lang Buddha. He gave up his job at the Rooster's after his big breakthrough in the criminal world with the Cleanbois. However, Raymond is one of the VIPs at the Rooster's because of his affiliation with Lang.
Rooster's Ranch
Raymond's 'clean' criminal record, at the time, and his reputation were the main reasons for Lang Buddha to hire him into the business as security. His job was to assist in ensuring safety during production and transportation of weed. He was removed from the roster after he decided to focus on a life of crime.
Viking Logistics
Raymond was a manager of Viking Logistics. He was hired through his relationship with Leah Winthers. He was removed from the company due to inactivity.
Bahama Mamas West
Raymond was hired as a manager of Bahama Mamas West. He passed the interview phase led by Carmella Corset (COO), Lana Valentine (COO), Thomas Dwayne (Majority-owner) and Lars Haverford, aka Bjorn, with flying colours. He was fired due to inactivity.
Nu Chem Industries
Raymond was the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Nu Chem Industries.
Team RayCers is a team of individuals put together by Raymond for the National Paintball Association (NPA). The team's first major tournament was on August 7, 2021 but Raymond failed to make it and the team did not do very well as the team was completed with some last-minute substitutes. They were defeated by Team The Guild in the first round of the NPA third tournament.
On the NPA fourth tournament (August 20, 2021), Raymond arrived late unintentionally. However, he had asked for help from Nancy Drew, the NPA CEO, prior the tournament event to re-adjust their team schedule so he can catch up with the rest of his team members. With Nancy's help, Team RayCers had been scheduled into the last queue of the tournament versus the previous tournament winner, Team 10-13A led by Sam Baas.

Cleanbois[]
With Raymond's uprising in the criminal world, he was subsequently invited to more jobs with a crew, mostly include Lang Buddha, Tony Corleone, Nino Chavez and Humberto Antonio Donato Pecorino at that time. As Raymond's connections to information and resources continue to grow, there is without a doubt that his value to the crew continues to grow too. Following their successful vault heist on May 27, 2021, Raymond was recruited into the Cleanbois, together with Yuno Sykk. The current crew now is made of individuals with different complementary skills, which includes Raymond (The Grinder), Lang (The Planner), Tony (The Driver), Yuno (The Hacker/Cheat Code) and Mickey (The Planner). This highly successful crew can be considered as one of the best heist crews to ever exist. As of writing, the crew has successfully pull off the Lower Vault heist. Their heisting journey as a crew reached it's climax when the Clean 8, the expanded heist crew, completed Diamond Casino and Resort heist. After almost 100 attempts they reached their goal.
Apart from all their achievements, the members are all very fond of each other and has a very familial dynamic. Everyone sees each other as "FEMLY" and their relationship is based on absolute trust, with a deep understanding of one another. They often share light-hearted banter and tender chatter, the group displays a synergy that other crews struggle to find. This bond of theirs is demonstrated over and over again when Raymond would put his life on the line whenever he can to save any member of the crew. They even spend time with each other doing things outside their line of work, including the "'Cleanbois 'FEMLY Friday Games Nights" and their recent trips to "Las Venturas" (or Las Vegas).

| October 15th, 2021 | Raymond, Tony, Lang, Yuno, and Mickey succeeded in the second ever 5 man heist. Their genius escape plan being set up by Mickey, the plan was to send Yuno with all the loot from car, to boat, to plane. The plan was aptly named the Hot Potato Plan. Raymond was put on boat duty, waiting for when Yuno would jump from the car at the Tuner Shop to pick him up from the water. There was a close call where it seemed Yuno had hit the other side wall and was downed, but he quickly jumped into the boat and they were off. The cops did not catch the swap to water so getting Yuno to the plane was easy. The hard part came when Ray had to go back into the chase to help Lang and Tony. He swapped to his bike to help on land, but want back to a boat when the boys said they might be good. Tony, Lang, and Mickey had lost vision from cops at Bahama Mamas and asked Ray to get a 4 door. Ray successfully picked up the boys but cops appeared right as they left. They all escaped back to the boat and eventually lost vision from all cops. Everyone in the crew made it out with $460k. |
| February 22nd, 2022 | Raymond, along with the rest of the Clean 8 members became the first to complete the long anticipated Diamond Casino heist. Raymond was in charge of doing the generator hacks to let Yuno into the security room to progress the heist. After that Ray proceeded to the vault where he helped input the codes to unlock the money boxes inside, to which they eventually succeeded in. Ray then helped in attempting the hacks to open the boxes themselves, he failed the first and last hack but was able to finish two gaining him 2 inked bags. In total they all had 56 inked bags which equated to 2.6 million dollars. Thinking they had not gotten all the money, they continued to attempt the codes until the SWAT inevitably showed up. Strangely enough, unlike the other times they had been stuck in this situation, the SWAT did not breach them, and instead negotiated for the hostage that had wandered down into the vault in the middle of their math solving (clip). Ray was untrusting of this and urged everyone to shoot but with X's communication with the cops everything went smoothly getting to the car. From there the chase began, Buddha, Ray, Yuno, and Tony driving all hopped in the new family Cussy that they had just scratched together. Ray was the first to be dropped off at his motorcycle as he was then chased by the cops. He was able to out drive them pretty quickly on his preferred vehicle and went to switch cars to help out the others.

R.U.S.T[]
On January 10, 2022, Raymond Romanov approached La Flare Davis, Seano "Chemist" Blackthorne and Derek Thomson about the potential of forming a crew, aka "Degen Crew", for the late hours during the AU tsunami. Tane "Kiwi" Mahuta and Wren Draider were also invited into the new crew. As the crew continued to grow, it was renamed to R.U.S.T, which is an acronym for Ray's Unfortunate Street Team. The crew would go on to do many jobs together, but not limited to robberies, boosting vehicles and trafficking drugs. From there on, they found a new sense of brotherhood in each other. Fast forward to today, and R.U.S.T is now a well-established gang in Los Santos with more members than ever before, led by Raymond himself.
