General Description[]
Raymond Cain was the Head Chef of Maldini's Pizzeria. He was a renowned chef in Los Santos towards the end of 2.0 and was often seen with Chang Gang members. Although not officially a member, he was loyal to Chang Gang up to the end of 3.0, always willing to shoot for them when called upon.
Chef Raymond temporarily became CEO of Maldini's after Maggie Gunn flew back home on August 22, 2022. His first order as CEO was to get rid of Whore Night. Maggie eventually returned as CEO.
He was hired to Dragon Eye Detective Agency as a researcher (and part-time receptionist) on May 1, 2023.

- Whale_Hunter23 is a food connoisseur IRL and personally designed the Maldini's Pizzeria menu dishes.
- According to Raymond, the day he was considering retiring and leaving the city for good, he was invited by Vinny Pistone to be the head chef of Maldini's, an offer he kindly accepted.
- He considered Novah Walker his best friend.
- He often complained of poor pay from his boss Vinny.
- Raymond designed and organized the Lucky Plucker food menu for Larry Knox.
