General Description
Raycardo Flick is an Officer for the Los Santos Police Department, Badge #440.
Raycardo was born in the USA in February 14 in 1996. He has an older cousin, Raymond Romanov, who shares the same birth. Raycardo does not have the same intelligence that Raymond has but he has a better tactical intelligence. He never went to college and had chosen to serve in the army as a Combat Medic for a few years. During that period, he had completed multiple tours to Syria and learned to speak Arabic. Raycardo gave up an offer to advance his career in the air-force and retired from the army at the age of 25 to pursue his dream of becoming a police officer.
First Day on the Job
Raycardo entered MRPD on November 12th to check up on his interview that he had taken 4 days prior. The officer who had interviewed him, Matthew Espinoz, was in a current situation so he was not able to talk to him yet. A certain Brian Knight came on duty and took interest in Raycardo's situation and lead him into the break room of MRP. There he was found by some Dispatch and harassed accordingly as all newbie's should. Once Espinoz was done with his active he was able to come and interview Ray further and eventually welcomed him officially into the LSPD as a cadet.
Brian Knight took Ray under his wing as his first FTO and taught him the ropes, they quickly found themselves in a very interesting situation regarding a coke sale at the Rooster's Rest where he went into his first arrest and interrogation within the first two hours of being on duty. He proceeded to arrest 4 other people on his 7 hour shift with multiple chases in-between. He even got praise from Sam Baas for his impressive coms as a first time cadet after one of these chases. He made many mistakes of course being a first day cadet, but over all was a positive day where Ray proved to be a fast learner and a potential asset to the police force.

Trivia
- Raycardo is soft-spoken, and has a very calm demeanor at all times. This trait both annoy and spooks his fellow police officers.
- Trooper Andrews & Trooper Snow specifically called out Raycardo's voice as "wholesome" which is not a desirable trait for a police officer. Sr. Officer Crocodile Steve during post-ridealong advised him to sound a lil' bit "demeaning" or strict when dealing with potential criminals.
- Like his cousin Raymond, Raycardo has a habit of hitting on anything that moves.
- Raycardo has a special hatred for Dodo delivery drivers because of their ridiculously reckless driving.
