Background Information[]
Raycardo was born in the United States on February 14, 1992. He does not have the same intelligence that his cousin, Raymond, has but he has a better tactical intelligence. He never went to college and had chosen to serve in the army as a Combat Medic for a few years. During that time, he completed multiple tours to Syria and learned to speak Arabic. Raycardo gave up an offer to advance his career in the Air Force and retired at the age of 25 to pursue his dream of becoming a police officer.
