Description

Randy Wrangler is a Los Santos Police Department transfer from Oklahoma City where he worked as a police officer. Back in his small town he mainly broke up ham fights.

He specialized in undercover prostitution stings in OKC. He is currently awaiting confirmation from High Command before joining the department.

Wrangler fears guns but is willing to use them as an officer in Los Santos.
His uncle Joe wrangled tigers in OKC.
