Project Sinatra is Cerberus' private space program, headquartered at a launch site in Sandy Shores. Nancy Drew is the current director.

For several months, Lang Buddha teased a private Cerberus space program to fly to the moon called "Project Sinatra". The vision became a reality once construction of the launch site began at Sandy Shores.
During Lang's first mayoral term, he got the Senate to pass Tim Collins' Astronaut Certification legislation to authorize judges to grant a $50,000 astronaut license for individuals who completed the Project Sinatra training program (later revised to authorize Project Sinatra to grant the astronaut certifications rather than judges). The legislation also disqualified convicted terrorists from signing up. Project director Nancy Drew commissioned billboards of the program, and helped Lang make Project Sinatra a cornerstone of his re-election mayoral campaign. Nancy created an interest list and headed an astronaut training program consisting of a physical course tested by Bjorn, a movie set designed by Cydney Lune, and space seminars by Penny Farthing, Fiona Stewart, and Dewey.
Nancy also recruited PD officers Jackie Snow, Olivia Copper, and Lucas Lovesick to the program to handle the flight training. They helped Officer Alex Casterman and Cerberus transport Project Sinatra's prototype space shuttle, named the "7-Raven", from Los Santos International Airport on May 2, 2023. Escorted by a police convoy and a PD jet escort, semitruck driver Lang Buddha with passengers Nancy Drew, Denzel Williams, and Officer Henri King successfully towed the space shuttle through a barricaded route in the city up to the Sandy Shores launch site hangar.
Mayor Lang funded Project Sinatra with a $150,000,000 mayoral budget. Eve Summers trained Dawn Hearte and Sherry Paie to be space instructors for the EU timezone. Nancy Drew (with Medical Officer Kitty Dream) instructed off-duty PD officers Jackie Snow, Emma Dupont, and Lily Pond starting on May 27, 2023.
On July 31, 2023 during Lang's war with The Mandem, Tommy T planted a C4 bomb (supplied by Ramee El-Rahman and Mr. K) underneath the spaceship in the hangar, and Sgt. Jerry Sweets blew up trying to defuse the bomb. But then on August 3, 2023, Mayor Sexton "Hardcastle" Cohen paid Nancy Drew's 175 million-dollar insurance claim for a replacement spaceship per the revised Astronaut Certifications legislation.

Day 1 - Physical Training: hike up Mount Chiliad, wingsuit off Mount Chiliad and parachute down to the mouth of the Alamo Sea, swim the length of the Alamo Sea, run to Humane Labs, find the underground tunnel system, and scuba out of it to the beach.
