Description[]
Mayor-Princess Elena of Araluen (born June 21st, 2006) is the Crown Princess of the Kingdom of Araluen. She is currently serving as the fourth mayor of Blaine County, and served as a Department of Corrections officer at Bolingbroke Penitentiary, and briefly served as an Emergency Medical Services trainee prior to winning her interim mayor election.
She was married diplomatically (but not legally) to Mumbles Fumbles, the prior mayor of Blaine County.
Appearance[]
Elena has tan skin and blonde hair she wears up in a regal style. Her attire is almost always some sort of colorful dress.
Personality[]
Elena, trained as a princess, tends to want to take responsibility for her "subjects"; she is always looking out for the prison lifers because her time as a DoC officer, and later, the population of Blaine County as both deputy mayor and interim mayor.
Elena is also naturally curious and very social, making friends all over the island. She gathers significant amounts of information this way, and she sometimes will share a little of it to others to see if she can gain more. This has led to her having a reputation for knowing things others don't believe she should know.
She is also a singer and guitarist, and often performs songs, most recently about the The Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
Backstory[]
Princess Elena grew up on a small island, secluded from the outside world. Her parents, Philip and Eleanor, were both billionaires, and wanted to shelter and protect their only child from all of the dangers of the world. To do this, they bought an island, had a large castle built on it, and hired actors to inhabit their fictional kingdom which they named “Araluen”. The two were effectively able to raise Elena completely isolated from any danger or modern technology, occasionally visiting their daughter on the island.
On her 18th birthday, King Philip and Queen Eleanor decided it was time for Elena to experience a little bit of the real world, and so they sent a ship that would take her to one of their idyllic summer homes in Hawaii. Unfortunately, the ship was forced to make an emergency stop during a storm, and Elena found herself on the docks of San Andreas. Confused and disoriented, she created a story about being sent abroad to get married, and began to frolic around Los Santos looking for worthy suitors.
Life In Los Santos[]
After meeting Irwin Dundee of the Bondi Boys MC, she asked him to marry her. He said yes, and on the 23rd of September 2024 they were married at Legion Square by Avery Stone. However two months later, the BBMC disbanded, no longer being the princess of Vespucci and lost respect for Irwin Dundee for abandoning his members.

Deputy Mayor[]
Kyle Pred selected Elena as deputy mayor of Blaine County, and soon after left her in charge as acting mayor. Desiring a political alliance with the governor of Grapeseed, Mumbles Fumbles, a marriage was proposed. The two were married during a ceremony during the Grapeseed Games on the 10th of January, 2025. Mumbles also became deputy mayor.
The princess found herself in legal trouble after making a state-wide announcement announcing a bounty for the mime Thor McWave, who had been terrorizing Mumbles and other clowns. She was reprimanded by losing her deputy mayorship, leaving Mumbles de facto in charge of the county. Mumbles had announced his candidacy for mayor to replace Kyle Pred. He won the election, establishing Elena as First Lady, and she joined his cabinet as deputy mayor once again.
Elena's current term as deputy mayor has consisted of working on legislation, initiatives for Blaine County fundraising (including selling plots of Mt. Chilliad land as titles), and her own investigation into Pestilence.
Interim Mayor[]
Mumbles, due to other obligations, including dealing with Fumbles Family members outside of the city, stepped down as Mayor on March 7th. A new election was announced for Interim Mayor of Blaine County to finish the rest of Mumbles' term, though due to miscommunication to both Elena and her main competitor, Eugene Zuckerberg, they were led to believe briefly that the election was for a new 3-month term. Elena ended up winning the election by one vote over Eugene and was sworn in on March 15th, 2025.
Elena had two primary objectives for her interim mayorship:
- Attempt to extend her mayorship from an interim term for the rest of Mumbles' term to a full 3-month term, based on her reading of the Los Santos Constitution that any election for Mayor results in a 3-month term. The other benefit is that a Blaine County election will not compete for the elections for Los Santos County.
- Prove that Blaine County lacks the appropriate infrastructure to operate self-sufficiently. Elena noted that prior mayors were very conservative with the county budget because there is almost no income due to a lack of businesses and services compared to Los Santos County. Elena decided to operate the budget as if there was a normal income, in hopes to force the other county or the State to do something. This included increasing BCSO pay and acquiring a $8.5 million property in Grapeseed to be used for a town hall.
Elena wanted to retain the existing cabinet under Mumbles, with some changes. She also offered a cabinet position to Eugene. This ended up being transformed by legislation into the Blaine County Royal Court:

Mayor[]
Elena ran for mayor against Marty Banks and Duncan Fenwell. The campaign was defined by her successes in just a month of being interim mayor, as well as working alongside Nino against the Department of Justice. Meanwhile, Marty campaigned against her claiming she had embezzled funds to build the Grapeseed Castle for herself. Duncan, who wanted to drop out, instead informed her on BCSO matters, wishing to be picked as the new sheriff.
Princess Elena won the election with 238 votes against Marty's 184 and Duncan's 34.
Trivia[]
- The Princess drives a magical pumpkin, transformed for her by her fairy godfather, Carmine Costello. It looks very similar to a Weevil.
- Emi Bella, a self-proclaimed fan of Elena's, serves as a personal bodyguard. Bobby Beldrum is Captain of the Queensguard. James Kelly also offered his services as bodyguard, as apology for targeting Elena while he and his friends were sick with Pestilence's plague.
- She became sick with the plague after asking Pestilence to give it to her in return for restoring Charlotte Spade's eyesight. She supposedly was contagious for a brief period and made Ember Quinn sick. Later, Sheriff Aspen Gray gave her a vial of the cure.
