Pixel Perfect is a Camera & Polaroid company founded and owned by April Fooze.

History[]

Beginnings[]

On March 9th 2022, while April Fooze was hanging out with Senior Deputy William Gunner, Gunner proposed the idea of a Polaroid-style camera company that would capture special moments in a way smartphone cameras could not. Gunner allowed April to use the idea for a business venture.

Days later, April approached Ramee El-Rahman, Mr. Kebun, Francis J Francer, Curtis Swoleroid, and Chad Brodie of Chang Gang for assistance on how to establish the business and choose a location for its storefront. After a bit of brainstorming, they concluded that the old Digital Den corner store in Little Seoul would be the ideal place for the storefront and they started working on a business proposal based on that. Cassie Cupcake coordinated with Ramee on the preparation of the proposal before submitting it to the current mayor at the time, Emma Gaine. After the business proposal was approved, April approached Judge Serge Cross and attained a business account. April hired Gunner and Ramee as her first two employees, then subsequently made her best friend Lucas Spade her CEO.

On April 1st, 2022, Alex Ron, the CEO of RON Corp, called April to inform her she had to pay for an invoice of $400,000 for the construction costs of Pixel Perfect's store. Alex called on behalf of Michael Simone, who Alex said was facilitating the construction. April and Alex agreed to charge Ramee El-Rahman the $400,000 construction costs as he and others in Chang Gang had previously expressed interest in being investors for the company. On April 5th, 2022, Ramee informed April that he had paid off the construction costs for Pixel Perfect, with April thanking him for paying the "investment costs upfront" and being her "first investor". Note that since no further discussion and contracts were made regarding the shares of the company after its construction, Pixel Perfect is still currently 100% owned by April Fooze.

Pixel Perfect opened its storefront in Little Seoul on April 19th, 2022. Despite opening, construction on the store's interior is still ongoing. Day-to-day operations are mainly handled by CEO Lucas Spade, financials are maintained by CFO Carter Chapman, and promotional materials/events are organized by Marketing Director Ricardo Perez.

Company Revamp[]

On September 8th, 2022, Randy Bullet was made co-owner in order to help increase sales and bring new business to Pixel Perfect. Randy was given 49% stake, while April keeps 51%.

On November 13th, 2022, April teamed up with Ursula Leichenberg & Hutch Hutcherson decided to revamp Pixel Perfect. Ash Ketchup helped establish the Sugar Baby Studios (SBS) storefront next to Pixel Perfect. Two days after April and her new team made plans for the company's future, April met up with best-friend and CEO Lucas Spade and informed him about the plans and choose to move on without him involved.

On November 22th, 2022, April met with Ursula Leichenberg and Ricardo Perez to discussed the future of Pixel Perfect and Sugar Baby Studios (SBS). After a long talked, April decided to make Ursula CEO and Ricardo COO temporarily until Ricardo gets a better train ticket then would later switch their roles.
