Pipi Taipan is a highly trained Exotic veterinarian, she is socially awkward and comes off very shy at first. Due to this her social skills as a whole are extremely mediocre and will tend to have common panic attacks and breakdowns at the nearest inconvenience to Pipi, which results in her becoming completely incomprehensible in the words she speaks. Pipi abstains the idea of crime and vowed to never break the law, because from a young age she always wanted to be a cop, until her education sent her into a different direction, however the thought is still on her mind until this day.

Pipi was born in Darwin, Australia, living a rather simple but quiet life. When she reached higher education after secondary school she proceeded to study into becoming a exotic veterinarian for 5 years which span into full university where she got a High Distinction in her final year exam both practical and theory. Ecstatic as this result she obviously wanted to go right into a career as an exotic veterinarian. Pipi ultimately decided that upon being unsuccessful in Australia looking for veterinarian work, she would travel to the city of Los Santos in San Andreas to pursue a career into hopefully becoming a police officer as she herd LSPD was the most successful and sort after police role in the entire of the United States. After moving, Pipi lied to her parents about becoming a veterinarian in the city of Los Santos, instead deciding to pursue a future in hopefully becoming a police officer, especially a K9 Unit handler due to her excellence and attentiveness to any animals.
