Pez Speedwagon was a character role-played by Pezz.
General Description[]
Pez Speedwagon was the former Treasurer and one of the Founders of the Bondi Boys MC; and was blooded out on June 28th, 2022, after the Club decided that Cody Speedwagon, who was in control of their body, was not given a founding rank.
Background Information[]
Pez moved from Australia to Los Santos and found his childhood mates, ShaneO Powers and Davo Gumtree. Not long into the city, he helped ShaneO rise through the ranks of Hayes Auto Body Repairs to Manager. He eventually made Manager himself after pulling Hayes out of debt from the previous Manager and the old "QuickFix" Crew. Seeing his and ShaneO's success with Hayes, the old QuickFix Crew left to work at Harmony Repairs Garage.
After saving Hayes, he began looking for an interesting investment to pour all his energy into. On April 9th, 2021, alongside Irwin Dundee, Barry Benson, Riley Carter, and fellow Hayes Mechanic Chip Wheeler, founded the Bondi Boys MC. He started a company with Dundee and Barry called True Blue Towing, which served as a front for illegal activities the same day. He was promoted to the Shadow Secretary and Treasurer on April 26th, 2021, to be a clean face for the Club. He went loud as the Treasurer on September 30th, 2021.

| Hayes vs Harmony |

During the early days of being in the city, he received a Cease & Desist for Hayes Auto Body Repairs from Harmony Repairs Garage after a series of twats mentioning "#FukkaHarmony" from Hayes employees and people of the public. Choosing to ignore the C&D, he hired Lawrence Splainer as Hayes' attorney in the up and coming legal battle to prove that "#FukkaHarmony" is nothing more than a freedom of speech and not defamation. Two days after the C&D, he was set up by 4 masked individuals and beaten within an inch of his life. His blood was used as a message to Hayes that Harmony wants them to drop the case or more will follow. After spending time in the ICU, he was left with broken legs and head wounds. After leaving the hospital, he found a pink helmet that was a little too tight that started to restrict the blood flow to his brain. Not being able to remove the helmet, he suffered from sudden blackouts and memory loss, but everyone thought that it was from the attack he suffered. He rolled around the city living life 10 seconds at a time until the helmet was removed. |

While talking to the Lost MC about acquiring guns for the Bondi Boys MC, he let it slip out that he was a Shadow Member of that Club. The Lost MC immediately got suspicious of him, but ultimately let him go unharmed. The Club's Prime Minister, Irwin Dundee, was furious that he would reveal his shadow identity so easily. After conferring with the Club, Dundee decided that he needed to be punished in some way. Dundee contemplated blooding him out, but Barry Benson and Collin McKinley convinced him to just shoot him. The Club took him out to the middle of the desert and forced him to put body armor on. Dundee warned him that any further mistakes like that would result in his execution; but that this time, he will be allowed to walk back to the city - with a limp. Dundee blasted him in the leg with a shotgun, accidentally striking a major artery, causing him to pass out from the shock and blood loss. When he awoke in the hospital, his left leg had been amputated for which he managed to get a prosthetic afterwards. Following this punishment, he started to suffer some mental distress and began hearing a voice that told him he could not trust the Club, especially not its Prime Minister. |

| When first coming to the city, he tried to become the Mayor of Los Santos. However, after becoming a loud member of the Bondi Boys MC and getting a Criminal Record, he gave up on the idea and focused full time on the Club as their Treasurer. |

On November 25, 2021, he spoke to Bondi Boys MC Prime Minister Irwin Dundee about allowing his wife, Hangaround Cindy Tipton, to remain in the Club if he were to divorce her. Dundee did not object to letting her remain, since she was never formally brought on as an Old Lady to the Club. Pez had originally divorced Chip Wheeler to marry her, but was now considering breaking up with her because he had asked Chip to marry him again. Recently, she had started to notice that his behavior had been odd, as he would sometimes call himself "Cody"; and earlier in the month, she discovered that he had been in the city when he told her he would be gone for a week on a business trip to Peru. Later that day, they met on a dock to talk through their marital issues. He told her that she was a distraction to him inside the Club but said that he was willing to work to find a solution, putting her at ease. But then, when she turned around, he pulled out and pointed a gun at her. He began behaving differently and talking in a strange voice. "Cody...?" was all she was able to ask before being shot in the head and falling into the ocean. Cindy ultimately survived the shooting. She changed her appearance and started going by the name "Dahlia". She contacted Prospect Stevie McQueen from the Club, who encouraged her to continue pretending to be dead so he could not find her. Cindy was convinced that he was somehow under the mental control of his long-dead brother, Cody Speedwagon. She soon realized that as long as "Cody" was around, she could not reveal that she was alive to the rest of the Club. Meanwhile, "Cody", who had now permanently taken over the mind of "Pez", told the Club that he had killed and removed her from the Club because their relationship was not working out. The rest of the Club trusted his judgment and moved on. |
| All Roads Lead to The Highwayman |

| When Chip Wheeler went from being a Shadow Member to a loud Patched Member, Bondi Boys MC Prime Minister, Irwin Dundee, and Vice Prime Minister, Barry Benson, tasked "Pez" with finding a replacement Shadow Associate so that they could own the Club's warehouse. Many members in the Club were in denial that "Cody" was in full control of their beloved Treasurer's behavior and actions. "Cody", however, had not been shy about letting his true identity slip to just about every Prospect in the Club - outright telling TJ Walker, Stevie McQueen, Jordan Lee, and Edbert Ropeburn - of his real identity. The Prospects had been warned by the Club's High Command to not investigate or inquire about "Cody"'s identity any further, unless they wanted a bullet to the head. Dundee, Barry, and Collin initially refused to believe that there was anything wrong with "Pez" as they had no proof "Cody" was even there.
Meanwhile, his ex-wife and former Hangaround, Cindy Tipton, was determined now more than ever to prove to the Club that "Cody" was in control of his body. She began going to every Ally and Former Member of the Club she could find and told them about "Pez"'s change. "Cody" was more than happy to give her a helping hand, and even told her what it would take to free "Pez" from his control. She would either have to join him on his murderous sprees - revealing the other identity inside as The Highwayman, or lose "Pez". Forever. Finally, with his newly revealed Highwayman identity slipping more and more, "Cody" realized he needed to come clean to the Club. He confessed to Dundee and Barry that he believes he has "split personalities"; and that he was now "Cody", which is why he was a better criminal than before he went loud. The Club was supportive at first, with Dundee even going so far as to say that he "liked Cody better than Pez", as he could now shoot and drive better for the Club. However, the other personalities he used to have, such as the "Treasure Goblins" and the "Chicken Wizard", seemed to disappear. He had become aware that there had been three different people living inside his head: "Pez", the spirit of his long-dead brother "Cody", and the spirit of the notorious serial killer, The Highwayman. |

On June 24th, 2022, the Bondi Boys MC rescued Lizzie Byrne, one of their Hangarounds, from the Clown Cartel with the assistance of Lost MC Prospect Sai Carter and members of his club. After this incident, Sai revealed in a meeting with BBMC details about a shootout that happened days before on Lost turf between him and "Pez." The altercation was at Cody's home in Sandy Shores, where Sai broke into the home and was subsequently gunned down by Cody. Lizzie then walked into the home and held up Cody in order to retrieve Sai. Sai revealed to the club that Pez had called Officer Lily Pond to the scene, and said he suspected that Cody had "snitched" to the police. The BBMC informed Sai they would investigate the incident and less than an hour later, a meeting was held between BBMC high command and Cody. Cody admitted to calling Pond but insisted he did not snitch. BBMC was not pleased with this explanation, with Prime Minister Irwin Dundee pointing a gun at Cody immediately after he admitted to it, and stated that calling the cops at all under any circumstance to a gang crime scene was "snitching." Cody later left and Dundee called an all hands meeting with jacketed members to discuss the incident and what should be done about it. As a precaution, Dundee and Vice Prime Minister Barry Benson removed Cody's access to the gates of the Billabong and shared bank accounts, and other club money, including what was in the Pit Tattoo Parlour, was transferred in case he refused. Jesse Reed was named Interim Treasurer while the club figured out a proper plan to replace him. Before Cody was informed of the decision however, it was discovered that Pez had "lied" to the BBMC and the Lost about the nature of his call to Pond, and had snitched to Pond about his own Club's Hangaround. The Lost spoke to Pond themselves and she had told them that not only did Pez call her to the scene of the crime, but gave a "detailed description" of Lizzie, that was sufficient for her to be identified despite being masked up at the time of the incident. And she said he had specifically mentioned Sai by name as being present. With these allegations against Cody of him being a "snitch," the BBMC changed their initial offer to give Cody a chance to choose and instead declared that Cody was a traitor and was to be immediately and permanently removed from the Club. Collin McKinley said, "He went from having three days to seven minutes." The BBMC publicly informed the Lost MC that "Pez Speedwagon" was dead to them and that they would be handling their former member, and Cody was removed from the gang app. The club made plans to take possession of his house in the Billabong, his club vehicles and ownership of the Pit Tattoo Parlour when they next saw him. On June 28th, Cody arrived at the Billabong to confront Dundee and the Club about the fact that the bank accounts had been drained and he had been removed from the gang app. The short meeting quickly devolved into shouting, as Cody still felt that the club was being unreasonable and unfair to him. Dundee cut him off and yelled at him to get out of the Billabong and said that he never wanted to see him again. Then he shot him point blank in the head and, stepping over his body, said, "I gave Pez Speedwagon a founding rank, not Cody," effectively blooding him out of the club. Cody's body was later discovered by the police in the city's crypt and Cody was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit with life threatening injuries. |
