General Description[]
Peter Speedwagon was a notorious serial killer known as The Highwayman.
He was also one of Norman Bones' tools.

He was vindictive and unforgiving.
Background Information[]
When Peter was a human, he was known as the notorious serial killer, The Highwayman. He left behind many victims with no remorse. His modus operandi was slicing people's throats and then blowing up gas cans as he would walk away. He only cared about one thing, specifically one person. His wife.
The love of his life, Lynn Speedwagon, died during the birth of their twin sons. Ever since, Peter has blamed the one son who lived, Pez Speedwagon, for her death. He was mean, abusive, and cruel to Pez. He was ultimately stabbed to death by his late son, Cody Speedwagon, who's soul had attached to Pez's body. Cody was unwilling to look past any more of the torment Pez was receiving from Peter, so Cody briefly "took control" of Pez's body, stabbed Peter, then went back to laying dormant for two decades. Peter's soul somehow managed to attach to Pez's body as well, and his serial killer persona, The Highwayman, would shine through within Pez on occasion.
As of recent, with Cody being in control of Pez's body, Peter and Pez's soul were detached from Pez's body by Norman Bones. They were both taken to Purgatory, where Pez is currently stuck in. Peter, on the other hand, has a different vendetta. He is attempting to break away from Norman's control and become his own corporeal form, creating more chaos and destruction in the process. He has his sights set on targeting Cody's loved ones, as well as those that attempt to get in the way, such as law enforcement officers.
The Highwayman[]
The Highwayman wears all black clothing, most notably a black cowboy hat, a black duster, and a black mask with teeth. As a non-corporeal lifeform, he is able to stab his victims. His most common modus operandi is shooting explosive tankers after stabbing the victims; and he'll often use Hookies' or places with explosive tankers for his attacks. As of late, he has been appearing (and disappearing) through black smoke and stab his victims, but before doing so, he will ask his victims to name someone they hate the most to mark the person named for death.
It is unknown if he can kill at this moment. He still claims to be in Norman Bones' control, but that he wants to break free from him. Many of his recent victims have instantly healed from their stab wounds; it is unknown to the investigators how that is possible.
The investigators on his case were Detective Ashley Smith and Deputy Odessa Glafx, with the assistance of Lieutenant Anita May. Former investigators, Chief of Detectives Jeffrey Bundy and Senior Detective Demi Black, handed the case over to Glafx and provided information through their close relationship with Cody to the new investigators, as well as guidance on how to circumnavigate supernatural entities.
