General Description[]
Peter Bourke was born and raised in a low income household in the northeast of England. He was one of two children to two drunk, drug addict parents.
Major Events[]
Due to his parents love for alcohol and drugs, Peter was often ignored or beaten for speaking out of turn/crying too loud as a child. This explains the burns and damage done to Peter's face and throat. He was often smacked around the face with objects/fists to get him to shut up, and even some points was set ablaze by his parents or forced to drink bleach.
Peter grew up and with an insatiable desire to kill, he decided to set his parents vehicle on fire, with them inside. Soon after catching ablaze the vehicle blew up with both his mother and father inside. He was overjoyed with the fact that his parents were gone and were unable to torment him anymore.
After moving to Los Santos from the United Kingdom, Peter tried looking for friends and managed to find the hobos from Hoboleto. Peter reached out to them and wanted to work with them on border patrol, however one of the members in Hoboleto did not agree with letting Peter in due to how "annoying his voice was." This was the end of Peter's Paleto adventures. Still looking for friends, Peter reached out to Mr. Francis Galloway to audition for a movie, after completing the movie audition he was asked to remove his mask which covered the entirety of his face. After doing so, Francis fled from Peter fearing for his life and screaming. Heartbroken by this, Peter lost his cool, he decided he was done being treated so poorly by people so decided to get his revenge, and make people feel like how Peter feels. Peter ran down to Ammunation to buy a gas can, he then proceeded to stalk Francis to Pillbox, where he emptied the gas onto his exhaust and waited for the boom to happen. Shortly after, Francis got into his vehicle, caught ablaze and blew up.
The Court Case[]
Peter was shortly afterwards looking at being sued by Francis Galloway to the tune of $600,000. This completely broke Peter. He had no idea what to do with his life anymore, so he continued on his rampage, targeting Francis' lawyer now, Ajax Whitehawk. He attempted to do the exact same to Ajax, as he did to Francis however now it was at PDM. However Peter's plan fell through, Officer Richard Richardson watched Peter pour the gasoline onto Ajax's Hot Knife. He was apprehended by Richardson and Officer Ridley. Whilst detained Peter lashed out, this time at Officer Ridley, informing him that he would follow him to his house, and in the dead of night gut him like a fish, then proceed to rip his head off and keep it as a prized possession. Officer Ridley was concerned by these comments and proceeded to call a Doctor down to MRPD to listen to Peter and see if it was worth putting Peter in a 51-50 hold. The Doctor decided it was in fact, safer for everyone involved and the city in general to putt Peter in a 51-50 hold at Boilingbroke State Penitentiary.
The Job/Hit on Ajax[]
Peter met Tyrone Thompson inside Boilingbroke and made a great connection shortly after meeting each other. Peter offered Big T 100 bags of "Ass Meth" at base price, to mess with Ajax Whitehawk. Big T agreed to this deal and shortly after agreeing, Peter had completed his side of the bargain, along with fellow inmate Cedric. A few days pass and Peter gets word from Big T that he had him in his grasps and was toying with Ajax before killing him. This was the last that Peter had heard from Big T until a week or so later, when Big T is incarcerated again. Big T informs Peter that Ajax had revealed some information about gun and drug connects in the city and had managed to dupe Big T by having deputy Espinoz dress and act like Ajax during a drop off for drugs.
Fun Facts[]
- Peter was abused as a child by his parents. He was often beaten, burned and at some points forced to drink bleach.
- Peter used to be able to control his urges of violence however after meeting Francis Galloway, Peter lost control and snapped.
- Peter is often very approachable unless people comment on his appearance.
- Peter has no interest in money or items. He often gives money/items away to other inmates for free unless he needs money for other items.
- Peter often refers to people he works with as "Uncle James" when on the phone to them.
