Persnickety Windalu is a Deputy for the Paleto Bay Sheriff's Office, Badge #375.
Background Information[]
Persnickety was raised on a reservation in Montana meaning that he is well acquainted to areas that have very little western civilization such as the Blaine County area.
After moving to Los Santos he became a hand model but due to a tragic attack from a murder kitty that left his hands disfigured, he lost his job and was left unemployed. As a result of this, he happened to visit a job fair that was taking place on the pier; at this event, Blaine County Sheriff's Office was looking for and recruiting new cadets. After speaking to Matt Rhodes for a short while, Persnickety decided to apply for the BSCO and was introduced as a cadet.
