Pepe Silvia began as a petty criminal who normally only did small crimes. He then joined The Rickys gang, led by Ricky Robins and became much more dangerous.
Affiliations[]
Pepe is a member of The Rickys gang and is known as Ricky Ellie and Stupid Ricky because he often makes costly mistakes.
Pepe is also a member of the HOA after Luther Caine recruited him, James Apeller and Thomas Sullivan, to help devise a blockade around Mirror Park.
Pepe Goes to Prison[]
Pepe was convicted of murder and sentenced to 14 years in Bolingbroke Penitentiary with 4 years already served. He was also fined $20K and is eligible for parole in 8 years. He then spent an awful lot longer in prison than expected.
