Penny is a young woman who has taken on a lifestyle of letting a pair of dice make her decisions. She took on this lifestyle after reading "Rolling With The Punches" by Roland Nelson.
Background[]
Before coming to Los Santos, Penny was unsure what to do with her life. But upon finding Roland's book, she found a purpose in her life. She took on a similar lifestyle and began carrying around dice. Discovering where Roland lived, Penny decided to move to Los Santos to meet her idol.
