General Description[]
Penelope Palmer is a Trainee to the Emergency Medical Services, Call-Sign Tango-121.
Before moving to Los Santos, Penelope Remington was an aspiring Actress. She is dedicated being a ball of sunshine, primarily though her chatterbox attitude and nerdy quirks often have the opposite result. This can even leading people to walk away mid-conversation.
When she turned 18, she had her name legally changed from Penelope Remington to Penelope Palmer as a kind of stage-name to dedicate herself to the pursuit of theatrical arts. While her family had some concern, her sister Elizabeth fully supported her in her decision, helping her through the process.
Penelope currently splits her time between working with the EMS and attending USLA, where she studies Theatre Performance.
