Penelope Farthing, commonly known as "Penny", is a full member of the Angels, with a passion for business, specifically in food industry. She devotes most of her time to improving businesses and helping them run smoothly. She tends to try and stay clean (avoiding committing any crimes), but with her gang she can be found committing petty crimes on the down-low, and has also dabbled in growing weed. She has also served as manager in the successful January 2024 mayoral campaign of Maximilian Thoroughbred.

Penny is witty, acerbic, and an undiagnosed nymphomaniac, and is known for her raunchy sense of humor, explicit sex jokes, and her iconic, salacious previous relationships. She is grounded, worldly, and insightful, and has a keen interest not only in business affairs (her dream job being Secretary of Commerce under Mayor Thoroughbred), but also in pottery.

In 2023, Penny worked as CEO at Rooster's Rest she stayed in her position of CEO for some years. She and Chad Gable eventually had a baby girl. One day Penny took her baby into work, where she was met with a enormous rat infestation. A pack of rats managed to steal Penny's baby and carry it down to the depths of the restaurant. She hasn't seen her baby girl since. This also resulted in Rooster’s Rest having to shut down due to this causing structural damages. This resulted in Penny and Chad slowly draining their bank account to the point they decided to pack up and take a long vacation in Japan. |
