P1 was planned to be the highest class racing league for open-wheel single-seater formula racing cars.
General Information[]
During November 2022, the rumors of a formula one style racing event began to surface. These rumors soon became solidified and established companies within Los Santos began to hire well-known racers to join their teams, in hope of winning the prized amount of money.
It wasn't until November 26th 2022 that the opportunity was given to racers of Los Santos to test out the new P1 cars and take part in a race around the city. The cars given were subject to change in the coming weeks for the P1 event.
The End of P1[]
Going into 2023, P1 owner Dean Watson left the city indefinitely. On January 31, 2023, CEO Marlo Stanfield announced on twatter that P1 was no longer happening, and that all franchise owners could contact him for a refund.
