General Description

Owen Svensen is a Sergeant for the Los Santos Police Department, Badge #470. Svensen is also the Founder and former Commanding Commissioner of the Parking Task Force (PTF). Svenson was a member of the Not-Racist Pro-Gay Not-A-Cult Latter Day Saints of San Andreas (The NRPGNCLDSSA).

Background Information

Svensen was born on June 6th, 1995. When he came of age, Svensen joined the military and served with NATO, where he met Vladimir Raven, Jackie Snow and Luka Kozlov. Svensen, along with Raven and Kozlov, were investigated for alleged war crimes they committed during their service. Svensen was acquitted of all crimes.

LSPD and BCSO

Svensen first joined the LSPD as an officer in January of 2018, with his friends Vladimir Raven and Luka Kozlov. He was quickly promoted to Detective, and helped Raven achieve the same ranking in March of 2018, after a prank pulled on Jackie Snow and Olivia Copper. (They hid in a van outside of PD, parked beside Snow's Mustang, and waited for them to come out. While waiting, a woman approached the Mustang, and began to try to lock pick the police vehicle, unknowing of Raven and Svensen. They hopped out of the van and detained her, as Snow and Copper exited the Police Department, witnessing the event.)

• In August 2018, Svensen resigned from LSPD for personal reasons.

• In January 2019 Svensen returned to Los Santos and joined Blaine County Sheriff's Office, with the ultimate goal of working to become a Detective, again. He remained a Deputy with BCSO until July 2019. Svensen transferred back to LSPD to increase his chances of becoming a Detective, and because he felt more at home in that department.
