Oshiera Petros is the former Vice President of the Lost MC. She is currently an Officer for the Los Santos Police Department, Badge #288.
Physical Description []
Oshiera is a 30 year old female with blue hair, typically kept down, and light blue eyes. She sports a septum piercing and many tattoos across her entire body, all with the same general theme of honor and loyalty, a nod to her previous criminal organization.
Personality[]
Oshiera is in a constant state of FAFO, her adventurous side knowing no bounds. Although she finds herself fairly flirtatious with various folks, Oshiera prides herself in her loyalty not only in platonic relationships but romantic relationships as well.
Previously, Oshiera battled heavily with drugs and alcohol, causing her to choose going clean once she moved to the big city in the hopes of a fresh start. Since the move, she has only touched one of her vices once, working hard still to overcome her demons.
Background[]
The Cop Years[]
Oshiera joined the force shortly after college, earning her bachelors in Criminal Justice with a focus in Criminal Psychology. She worked her way through the academy and was hired to her local police department. Over the years of her in the department, Oshiera climbed the ranks to Lieutenant, where she often handled arrests for Flops Rainman. Shortly after receiving her promotion, she had a conversation with the Commissioner to open the SWAT division alongside her then fiancé. As they built the program and finished receiving their training, both her and her fiancé were kidnapped and held hostage by a group of individual which lead to a manhunter for the two of them just prior to their release from captivity.
While the state was hunting down their captors, Oshiera and her fiancé were put under witness protection as they were still under heavy threats from those who originally took them. The pair spent the following two months under witness protection as the state finished their investigation and deemed them safe to return to their daily lives.
Her fiancé returned to the force almost immediately while Oshiera struggled through the post-traumatic stress of the event, causing her to stay reclusive and not leaving their house. After weeks of both her fiancé and the department badgering her to return, she made the choice to leave the city and her fiancé.
Turning to Crime[]
Oshiera moved around quite a bit, not staying long in any city as she found her way after leaving her life behind. Eventually she found her footing after running into a few familiar faces. The same day she decided to go watch a court case, one that was gaining public attention. She entered the courtroom, taking a seat towards the middle before spotting yet another familiar face: Flops.
The two exchanged contact information at the end of the court case. A few days later, they met back up and caught up with each other on what they had going on. Oshiera shared she was done with being on the straight and narrow, Flops eventually taking her under his wing and opening the door to a life of crime.
Suit and Tie[]
Over the next few weeks, Flops introduced Oshiera to The Family, a mafia-style organization. Oshiera found herself blossoming under the organization, criminal activities coming to her with ease. Although she still worked to forget everything she had been taught as an officer, she found a new love within the criminal world. From bank robberies to wars with other groups, Oshiera fell in step with the role.
As she worked her way through the initial ranks of The Family, she found yet another love in the man who taught her how to be a criminal. Flops and her grew close, eventually marrying and continuing their Bonnie and Clyde escapades. The two pushed hard for a life separate from crime, adopting pets and setting up their nest egg for when it was time for them to leave the life and retire.
The pair had the opportunity to have their passports stamped for the big city, both very eager to see what the city offers. They boarded the train and found their very first day eventful. As Flops decided to return to his roots in his clown attire, they ran into Stumbles Fumbles who proceeded to question them, attack them, and proceed to call some of the other clowns from the Clowncil. They were taken to Grandmas and interrogated more. They found out that there some issues with alternate universe clowns showing up all over the city which raised red flags when Flops looked just like Stumbles and Oshiera looked very similar to Sooty Gamwich. After realizing there was a massive misunderstanding and proper introductions were made, they returned home.
Once home, they continued life as usual, visiting the big city here and there when they could. Unfortunately, over time the stress and responsibilities of The Family ran its course. Over the next year, Oshiera climbed the ranks until she made it up to Underboss, acting as second in command for The Family. At the time, Flops was making the choice to step away from The Family and move to the big city permanently. The pair had a few discussions over the move with Oshiera choosing to stay with The Family a bit longer, a want to wrap things up before she left them behind in her eyes. With the separation between the two of them, they made the choice to divorce, both agreeing to amicable terms.
Flops left one last time for the big city while Oshiera stayed and took care of those she needed to, beginning her own healing process.
The Big Move[]
A few months later, Oshiera watched the demise of The Family with the inability to rectify any of it despite her efforts. She decided to make a few visits and gauge if she would move indefinitely. She had started driving for Dodo to make a little bit of money and in the process reconnected with Flops, both agreeing to working on what a friendship would look like. Shortly after, Flops introduced her to the Neon Tigers and Oshiera made the decision to return home for the last time. She packed up the few items she desperately needed and boarded the train back to the big city, not looking back on the life she left.
Life in the Neon Tigers MC[]
Oshiera joined the Neon Tigers, a non-1% motorcycle club, shortly after returning to the city and reconnecting with Flops, seizing the opportunity to get her feet back under her. She grew fond of the club and its members as she progressed through the hang around phase with the club.
Unfortunately, the club made the decision to move away from the criminal lifestyle. With the expectations and goals Oshiera had within the criminal lifestyle she was perusing, she made the decision to step away from the club.
After a conversation with Sebastian Ableton, president of the Neon Tigers, Oshiera handed in her kutte privately as she did not want a dog and pony show exit. She left the club on good terms, setting her sights on rediscovering herself within the city and where she fits in.
Life in the Lost MC[]
Two days after leaving the Neon Tigers, Oshiera found herself in Sandy Shores with a dirt bike. After running through the hills a few time, Hubcap Jones and Willie Banger pulled up next to her to check in since they had had a few interactions through the Neon Tigers and Hubcaps Thrashing Thursdays at Tequi-la-la. Oshiera let them know that she had stepped away from the Neon Tigers and was trying to find her way. Hubcap extended the offer for her to reach out next time she was around if she wanted to come hang out with him and a few other of the Lost members. Oshiera agreed, exchanging numbers with Hubcap before they parted ways.
A few days later on the 14th of March 2023, Oshiera reached out to Hubcap and met up with him and Alberto Weaselton over in Sandy as they were "conversating" with some officers at the police station out here. After watching them attempt to deescalate the situation and ending up with their arrest, Oshiera found herself waiting outside of the prison for the both of them to be released.
After meeting back with them, the three of them headed back to Stab City before switching cars and heading out before running into some of the clowns and following them to Grapeseed. A small altercation occurred at the Funhouse, causing Oshiera to swing after Hubcap and Al already threw hands as well, solidifying her spot as a hang around for the Lost. A few days later, she was officially brought in as a hang around.
Oshiera proceeded to show up day after day to hang around, always down to do anything and everything asked of her. After just shy of a month of spending time with the Lost, Oshiera was presented with her prospect challenge unbeknownst to her on the 11th of April 2023. She went searching for the some cops to mess with along side Hubcap, Al, and the other hang around Captain Andy. The search ended with a chase in a tow truck and eventually a trip to the cells of MRPD. Once there, processing officer Senior Deputy Louis Bloom sentenced Oshiera to a life of crime before handing her the Lost prospect kutte she now wears proudly.
Oshiera is the first Lost prospect to be prospected by a police officer.
Sometime prior to being blooding out, Oshiera was promoted to Vice President by the Lost MC President Floki Bartram.
Life in the LSPD[]
After being blooded out with the Lost MC, Oshiera continued towing for a number of weeks or months. Finally, after finding about her self, she decided to join the Los Santos Police Department dispute being frustrated that she learned about someone stole her idea of the PD Towing when she had a conversation with a fellow tow trucker. On June 7th, 2024, after Oshiera felt that she lose hope or find purposed, finally joined into the LSPD, the first time since she was a police officer years ago, as a recruit in a two-day academy. On June 9th, Oshiera passed the academy and was hired to the LSPD. On August 8th, Oshiera was promoted to Probationary Officer and on September 30th, she was promoted to the rank of full Officer.
