Order 66 is a criminal underworld bat-like-signal to indicate that the city should come together to cause destruction and death. This term was coined byChang Gang but is understood by all criminals.

September 13th, 2021
On the 13th of September 2021, Wayne Biggz and Anthony Murphy were caught during a weed run and sent in for the 9's. During their prison transport from MRPD to Bolingbroke Penitentiary, A CG team of Mr. Kebun, Curtis Swoleroid, Ramee El-Rahman and Charles Johnson attempted to and shot at the Bus while it was parked outside the prison. They were all shot at and were downed and sent to prison, where they found out they would get the nines as well due to an AK found on Curtis matching a casing found at an earlier scene.
Mr.K and Ramee realized the 24 hour hold request was wrongfully issued but could do nothing about it, So Mr.K decided to phone every Criminal Leader in the city and Initiated 'Order 66', AKA Mag Dumping all cops on sight, to let the cops know who they were messing with. A reward of 5k was advertised for each cop downed. Ramee called up Carlito and Dundee while K informed the rest of CG that were free. This order resulted in multiple casualties for Shift 2 and Shift 3 for the PD.
December 6th, 2021
In the late hours of December 6th, after various events had conspired, Chang Gang decided to call all other well-known gangs in the city to a meeting. The gangs present included: Cleanbois, HOA, Angels, Mandem, Vagos, Ballas, Brouge Street Kingz and the Underground Racing scene. As a unit, they all decided that going to war against the PD was the best course of action- as they had been shooting and killing fellow criminals when they didn't need to.
This was a call by CG for "Order 66" to be played until the way the PD operates changes in the city.
Gangs come together
On the day of December 6th 2021, Mr K drove into the tuner Shop and threw a C4 killing Cece Beyond
Randy Wrangler gets a phone call from Nero Calabrese that a female in a blue hat is giving out metamorphine to anyone who gets their car repaired at Otto's Autos. Wrangler detains Mercury Frost who matches the description at Otto's Autos and finds metamorphine on her.
While driving back to MRPD, they pass by a warehouse that Mercury Frost owns. Wrangler drives up to it and asks permission to look inside. Mercury Frost grants her consent, and Wrangler finds a meth lab and large quantities of meth in the storage, along with IDs of members of Chang Gang's street team.
Randy Wrangler locks down the properties of all IDs found and asks Nero Calabrese for more context, eventually leading to a raid on Mercury Frost, where nothing illegal was found.
Randy Wrangler then calls Mari Posa, one of the IDs found in the warehouse, hoping to get more context. She admits that she has been given meth before, matching the strain in the warehouse, from Jaylen Carter Jr, another member in Street Team whose ID was found in the warehouse.
Randy Wrangler submits a search warrant for Jaylen Carter Jr, but it is initially denied by Judge Crane, Wrangler then submits a subpoena for Mercury Frost's phone and bank records, and is granted one. Wrangler then finds a $50,000 transaction from Jaylen Carter Jr to Frost for "materials".
Randy Wrangler then resubmits a warrant for Jaylen Carter Jr, which is approved for only his cars and apartment, not any of the properties he is a keyholder for. Wrangler then raids Jaylen Carter Jr, finding nothing illegal. Wrangler then submits a subpoena for Jaylen Carter Jr, which is swiftly approved.
After looking at Jaylen Carter Jr's bank records and phone logs, Randy Wrangler feels there is not enough to go off of to continue the raids. While heading to the courthouse to unlock everyone's properties, Jaylen Carter Jr calls Wrangler and tells him had given meth to Mari Posa in the past.
Randy Wrangler then takes this information and submits a warrant for the rest of the properties that Jaylen Carter Jr is a keyholder for. While writing the warrant, Mari Posa is in the lobby of MRPD trying to trick dispatch into having her properties unlocked. Wrangler tries to detain her, but she flees on a motorbike.
While reviewing the evidence, Randy Wrangler finds a transaction between Jaylen Carter Jr and Kishawn Baker, where Jaylen Carter Jr sent Kishawn money to cover the taxes on his house, making Jaylen Carter Jr a resident of said house, Wrangler then has his warrant on the properties Jaylen Carter Jr has access to approved for Kishawn Baker's house only.
Randy Wrangler then raids Kishawn Baker, facing heavy opposition from Street Team. After most members of Street Team are shot down, Wrangler successfully recovers all the illegal items from inside of Baker's house. While fighting Street Team, Wrangler guns down Capped Terranova, who was in the process of moving guns from his cars. Wrangler takes all the guns found and plans to write a search warrant on his properties.
Randy Wrangler then cuts Capped Tarranova loose and plans to continue a raid on him tomorrow along with charging him with Weapons Trafficking, Randy Wrangler then cuts Kishawn Baker loose and plans to charge him with Drug Trafficking.
The search warrant for Capped Tarranova is signed, and a convoy of officers heads towards Little Seoul, where they face no opposition. Inside the apartment, Wrangler does not find anything notable.
The search warrants are then approved for those apartments, and PD gears up once again to invade Little Seoul.
At the same time, Mr K tells Chief Of Police Sam Baas he wants to turn himself in for a First Degree Murder Warrant, and Baas and Wrangler plan to accomplish both things at once.
A warrant was put out for "first degree murder" of Cece Beyond. Due to Mr Kebun having access to the evidence that the police department had collected, he decided to turn himself in. As their only evidence against him was either hearsay from witnesses that didn't want to testify or tweets from both Mr K and Ramee El-Rahman[4].
Randy Wrangler blows the gate on Little Seoul to get inside. While Wrangler is raiding, Eugene throws grenades at police officers and is chased away. Wrangler finds two meth tables and a weapons trafficking amount of guns.
Randy Wrangler then leaves, logging all the evidence, and looking at Randy Bullet and Vinny Pistone to see if the raids need to continue. He eventually decides to stop where he is at, and now has the option to charge Randy Bullet with Drug Trafficking, and has the option to charge Vinny Pistone with both Drug Trafficking and Weapon Trafficking.
Upon turning himself in, Mr K was given a bail hearing[6]. While in the court he bought attention to how he had not been arrested in over 30 days and was not a threat to the public. Judge Alan Crane dictated that Mr K would be granded bail but had to: not carry any weapons, always consent to police frisks, have his phone records monitored, not live in Little Seoul and to have Sam Baas as his parole officer. His bail was put at $840,000 and he was set free until his court sentencing hearing.
Mr. Kebun offers $500,000 to the first group that completes this years PD Games, a 5x5 Bingo Card (shown below) shows the many activities groups must do. The first group or person to complete 1 row or column will receive the prize money, for a full blackout of every square they will receive a "special prize". Proof must be shown for every space filled.[10]
Ramee El-Rahman was taken immediately to the courthouse for a bail hearing by Judge Arthur Macnee. Ramee then fled the courthouse and a warrant was put out for his arrest. Ramee then decided to return to the courthouse and called the Judge beforehand in order to bribe him, this failed. Judge Macnee decided that Ramee El-Rahman would be granted bail but had to: not commit any crimes, not carry any weapons, always consent to police frisks, have his phone records monitored, not live in Little Seoul and to have Sam Baas as his parole officer. He Paid his Bond at $100,000 and His bail was put at $1,000,000 and he was set free until his court sentencing hearing.[13]
All Of Mirror Park was locked down by the PD, for a meeting between Sam Baas and Siz Fulker. The Meeting was to come to an agreement about the ongoing situation between HOA and the Unified Police Department/3.0. Fulker refuses to turn himself in. Baas then calls the tavern an active crime scene and says Fulker can not go near it. Baas says that he will come back with a warrant for Siz Fulker's Arrest.
