General Description[]
Orabelle Mufasa Winchester is a PPO for the Los Santos Police Department, Badge #604-P.
History[]
Orabelle worked as a Deputy in Paleto Bay several years ago but resigned to pursue other avenues as well as deal with lingering PTSD from being attacked with nuclear weapons. During her time away, Orabelle sought vengeance and launched an attack of her own which resulted in her spending 5 years in a prison overseas.
Orabelle has returned to Los Santos and joined the police force, this time as a member of the LSPD. Orabelle has turned over a new leaf and looks to put her "wild child" ways of the past behind her.
