Ora is a passionate and loving Jamaican woman that is a citizen of Los Santos. She is an open minded individual who is relatively easy to get along with. The self-proclaimed 'Ganja Girl' is a previous co-owner at Smoke on the Water. Ora is also the Owner of Grove Steet Gas Station.

Early Days[]
Ora Bailey is a free spirited and optimistic young woman who was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica prior to moving to Los Santos. She is an only child and the daughter of a well-renowned cosmetic surgeon father and supermodel mother. Despite spending most of her childhood living on her grandmother's farm due to her parents' busy schedules, she'd developed an interest in high fashion and considers herself to be an aspiring fashion designer. Due to her grandmother, Dalilah Henry, being a well known voodoo priestess in her hometown, Ora has also developed a keen sense to the spiritual realm and often dabbles in tarot card readings and fortune telling in her free time. Some might consider Ora to be a bit docile and too trusting for her own good. She has a sweet and innocent demeanor but is also not afraid to show her sexy side.
The truth[]
Ora came to Los Santos on a whim when her ex-boyfriend sent for her to come live with him after claiming his accountant career had finally taken off. Not only did Ora see this as an opportunity to see her longtime partner again, but she also saw at as a gateway to kick starting her fashion design career. Not long after arriving in the city however, her ex was arrested on drug and homicide charges after a deadly raid on the trap house he'd been running. It was then that Ora realized that her ex's career as an accountant was a front for far more nefarious activities. Alone and awestruck, Ora was forced to make it on her own in a city she had no prior knowledge of. With the little bit of cash she had and her deck of tarot cards, Ora would make things work one way or another.

Ora is known for her brightly colored outfits, heavy pastel makeup and wild dyed hair. She is known for greeting everyone she meets with a cheerful 'Wah Gwaan', speaks Patois and has a distinct Jamaican accent. She highly favors the colors hot pink, yellow and green and is usually out and about sporting the 3 colors at once. She is also quite the girly-girl and can very easily ensnare the attention of many men.
