On January 11, 2022, Siz Fulker blew up Matthew Espinoz inside of the Mirror Park Tavern with C4, demolishing the entire building. After the rubble was cleared, Francis J Francer granted a storefront to William Gunner to build a cop bar there. But with no formal documentation and months of doing nothing with the storefront, a dispute arouse when Judge Alan Crane revoked the storefront so that Eve Summers could give one to Oni Parts--which had the approval of Siz, the Mayor's Office, and the storefront team. Gunner unsuccessfully tried to sue Eve and close down the storefront by citing a "fire hazard" decoration inside.
