Oliver Zoom is a rap artist signed to Gno-Mercy Records and a driver for Rooster Cab Co.

Oliver is known for having bright pink hair and almost always wearing a big dollar sign chain.
Personality[]
Oliver Zoom gets paranoid very easily, and is always looking over his shoulder to make sure he isn't being watched or about to get attacked. He is scared of most animals, which stemmed from him being attacked by a feral alley cat when he was 5 years old.
Background Information[]
Oliver Zoom moved from the United Kingdom to Los Santos when he read about some success stories online from people in the city. He wants to start his own clothing line, whilst promoting his clothing through his rap music.
Oliver met Gioconda Coppola in his first week in the city. They headed to Cop Killa Records so Oliver could show her his first song. Gio liked it and suggested that Oliver make a more aggressive song.

'The Rooster Cab Co Job Interview' []
After a week or so in the city, Oliver attended an interview for Rooster Cab Co after seeing a yellow page ad from Ellie Dono. Ellie decided to hire Oliver after asking a few questions and putting Oliver through a driving role-play exercise. Oliver explained to Ellie that he had a fear of animals, but that he wouldn't mind being around rooster masks. When they went to the clothing store to pick up Oliver's new Rooster Cab Co uniform, some police officers showed up and questioned Oliver. The police decided to leave once they realised nothing was wrong.
Oliver got paranoid for the rest of the day after seeing a lot of police cars driving past him.
After getting his uniform, Oliver was given a free Rooster Cab Co branded taxi from Ellie.
'Meeting Eugene & Gno-Mercy Records Signing'[]
Oliver tweeted that he was looking for a record label, and got a call from Eugene Zuckerberg. Eugene picked Oliver up after hitting him with his car and took him to the Gno-Mercy Records studio. Oliver immediately recognised Eugene, as he was shot by him earlier.
After hearing Oliver's song "Welcome to Los Santos", Eugene signed Oliver to the record company. He gave Oliver keys to the temporary studio.
Oliver mentioned a plan to scam money from the Los Santos Police Department and use the money to make a diss track on them.
'The "Burn The PD" Situation'[]
Oliver convinced Jim Gordon, Matt Rhodes and Lauren Forcer to give him money in exchanged for songs for them, but made a diss track on them instead. He made a total of $28,000 from this.
He also used voice recordings he took with his phone of them saying his name in the song.
This song was titled "Burn the PD".
Life of Crime[]
The Beginning[]
Oliver wanted to make songs based on his real experiences which led to him committing crimes for song content.
The day that Oliver released his song "Burn the PD", he was pulled over at a traffic stop. Oliver got paranoid and drove off, but eventually crashed and was arrested for evading.
Eugene Zuckerberg invited Oliver to a jewellery store heist alongside Harry Brown and Dimitri Barkov. He then bragged about the robbery on his song "MAFIA FLOW".
This made Oliver want to do more robberies for the cash and the "street cred".
Gno-Mercy Crimes[]
Oliver heard from his fellow Rooster Cab Co. colleagues that Garage Q had been causing trouble and shooting his friends. He then began targeting the Garage Q employees one by one to teach them a lesson.
Petunia Brookshire told Oliver that Pogg Dann tried to murder her, and so Oliver decided to go after him.
Petunia Brookshire, Ruby Morris, Gioconda Coppola and Oliver all put on gnome masks, and kidnapped Patrick Desseault, one of the Garage Q interns. They brought him to the wilderness, told him to send a message to Pogg Dann to "look out for the gnomes", and made the intern snort coke off of Gio's back. They got him to run away whilst they fired shots in his direction.
Gio, Oliver and his new nephew Candy "Elmo" Dunce saw a tweet from Pogg a few days later, and they put together a plan to kill him.
Oliver called Pogg saying he wanted to buy some "Poggy Woggy Beer" and lured him to the Gno-Mercy Records studio. When Pogg showed up, Oliver said he has the money under his bed and went inside the building.
They then pointed guns at Pogg, took him to a bridge near Stab City and pushed him off. They left a note saying "hoo hoo hoo hee hee hee" by his body. Oliver ended up falling onto some rocks when they tried to get away and nearly drowned. Gio called Eugene to put together a search party to help find Oliver. An ambulance found him and took him to hospital and he survived the ordeal.
Oliver wears a gnome mask every time he does any kind of crime, and gets others he is with to do the same. This is to represent Gno-Mercy Records and The Gnomes.
