 On January 8, 2024, "The Dealer" from the "Life of Luxury Casino" invited Oliver to underground blackjack gambling. Afterward in a meeting with Oliver at the Kortz Center hedge maze, racecar runner-up champ 1995 "one state over" Dick Chiclets revealed himself as The Dealer running the underground casino. Dick hired Oliver to protect an "investor" for an important meeting with a "casino manager". Dick's other alter ego "The Broker" invited Tommy T to take part in a heist where he had to pretend to be the casino manager to scam the investor.  On January 11, 2024, the "casino manager" Tommy T, "security" Mr. K, and their driver Solomon Walker picked up the investor Richard Mogul and his security Oliver in a stolen 4-seat Buffalo (with locked rear tires) at the Los Santos International Airport. Oliver volunteered to ride in the car trunk. In a business meeting at the Liquid Library, Tommy T worked to answer Richard Mogul's casino questions. Afterward, they all patronized the Vanilla Unicorn Strip Club where mayoral candidate Dr. Pilbis Shonley, Mr. K, Dougles Gunnaguther, and Ziggy Buggs danced privately for them. After having Oliver give Tommy T an initial investment of $5000 (successfully completing the heist), Richard Mogul departed from LSIA. |
