Oil Rig-2 is a heavily protected, extremely hostile platform, with anyone nearing the area instantly taking hellfire from bullets and rocket launcher rounds. It is believed that this rig was taken over by the military, due to the extreme wealth that comes from oil. It is no surprise that hostility is the only answer to keeping people away from the oil produced here.
Oil Rig Heist / Level 4 Heist[]
On September 7, 2022, the Puppet Master's heist facility unlocked Level 4 and began selling a key card for 1,000 X-COIN. Level 4 criminals that purchased the key card could turn it into a contractor at Merryweather docks as the first step of the heist.

- September 8, 2022: Chang Gang (CG) are the first crew to attempt the heist.
- September 10, 2022: Gulag Gang (GG) are the second crew to attempt the heist.
- September 11, 2022: Seaside are the third crew to attempt the heist.
- September 12, 2022: The Cleanbois, using GG to fill in unavailable members, are the fourth crew to make several attempts on the heist.
- October 17, 2022: Hydra Gang are the fifth crew to attempt the heist.
- November 12, 2022: NBC, using CG to fill in unavailable members, are the sixth crew to attempt the heist.
- November 17, 2022: Hydra Gang are the first crew to successfully complete the heist. NBC are the second crew to complete the heist.
- November 18, 2022: Seaside are the third crew to successfully complete the heist. CG and GG are the fourth and fifth crews to successfully complete the heist.
- November 19, 2022: R.U.S.T are the sixth crew to successfully complete the heist.
- November 27, 2022: Street Team are the eighth crew to attempt the heist.
- November 29, 2022: Street Team are the seventh crew to successfully complete the heist.
- December 8, 2022: The Angels are the ninth crew to attempt the heist.
- December 10, 2022: Bondi Boys MC are the tenth crew to attempt the heist.
- December 11, 2022: The Mandem (MDM) are the eleventh crew to attempt the heist.
- December 19, 2022: The Mandem (MDM) are the eighth crew to successfully complete the heist.
- December 21, 2022: Bondi Boys MC, with help from Gheto Kaiba, are the ninth crew to successfully complete the heist. The Angels are the tenth crew to successfully complete the heist.
- February 6, 2023: Brouge Street Kingz are the eleventh crew to complete the heist.
- March 2023: The Hidden complete the heist.
- March 21, 2023: The Clowncil with Freddy Fastfingers are the thirteenth crew to complete the heist.
- June 8, 2023: Level 4 is locked away, rendering the oil rig no longer available.
Trivia[]
- The Cleanbois were one of the first crews to attempt to breach the rig pre-heist unlock. They were shot down within minutes.
- The HOA once attempted to raid the rig as pirates pre-heist unlock. They were shot down within minutes.
- Ramee El-Rahman was one of the only people to have made it to the top of the rig pre-heist unlock.
- Hydra Gang were the first to complete the heist in AU/EU tsunami. NBC were the first to complete the heist in NA tsunami.
- Bondi Boys MC were the first biker gang to attempt the heist.
