NoYu is Yuno Sykk's cousin. He spent his life growing up in what he perceived to be Yuno's shadow, claiming that Yuno got all the attention in the family. When Yuno's reputation as a beloved citizen of Los Santos and mastermind criminal reached NoYu, he was pushed over the limit and showed up in Los Santos to ruin his cousin's life or just take his place.
In his first day in Los Santos he already earned praise at both the Rooster's Rest and Burger Shot for actually showing up to work, and unlike his cousin, actually working while he was there.
He was last seen driving Yuno's sultan and may or may not be in possession of Yuno's ID.
