Nicole Reynolds was a criminal turned civilian in Los Santos, greatly engaged in many businesses across the city, including both Government and Private Businesses.
Background[]
Nicole Grace Reynolds was born on August 27th, 1994 in Richmond, Virginia to a middle class family.
Niki looked up to her brother, Ethan. Niki always wished she could be as easy-going as Ethan was. Sadly, Ethan got addicted to meth and eventually overdosed. Niki was the one who found Ethan in his apartment. She was only 16.
After Niki graduated high school, she moved out and started working for a strip club a few hours away. About a year later, she met Mack Marshall. He requested a private dance. By the end of the night, Niki was convinced she had found "the one".
A few weeks later, it was revealed to her that Mack is the "Cocaine Kingpin" for East Coast. From then on, Mack would involve her in everything in regards to his business.
Niki's nightmares of her brothers death had become overwhelming. She turned to cocaine. She overdosed and had to have one of her kidneys removed.
One of Mack’s own business partners betrayed him and exposed the entire operation. Niki was not included in the list of names he provided to the cops. Mack told her to move out of the area as soon as she was cleared. She took his advice and moved to Los Santos.
Story So Far...[]
Nicole "Niki" Reynolds arrived in Los Santos on February 17th, 2022. Her first days in the city she stuck to herself. She took a leap of faith and went to UwU Café for a job. A kind employee told her to ask Ash Ketchup. Ash told her to talk to Purrtricia Nyan.
Purrtricia decided to give Niki a chance and sat down with her for a formal interview. The interview was not at all what Niki expected. After royally embarrassing herself, Niki was offered a job.
Sadly, her coworkers informed her that she had a bad case of the "Default Daniel face" and was truly hideous. Later that night, she went to a shady barber and got plastic surgery in his backroom.
She met Kai Thompson during a late shift at UwU. He offered to help her learn the ropes. The next day, Niki met up with Kai and his friend Gale Mancherry. They took Niki on her first boost. The group met up with Niko Ivanov and decided to attempt a house robbery. They accepted a job in Marabunta Grande territory. Niko entered the property while Kai, Gale and Niki were surrounded and taken hostage. Kai and Gale were stabbed for their involvement, while Niki talked her way out of the situation.
One day, while working at UwU, Downbad Mickey was offering secrets of the city for $1k. Niki was keen on learning more about bank robberies and decided to pay up. When Mickey only offered information Niki already knew, Niki decided to be petty. She offered brutal advice for a cheaper price. She advertised on YP and received a phone call from Sebastian Reynolds. They bonded over their shared surname.
She helped Sebastian work through his feelings for his close friend, Kayla Rose - unfortunately, Niki started to have feelings for Sebastian. Sebastian and Kayla tried dating, but decided to remain friends. Sebastian started dating Niki. However, she soon found out that Sebastian had been talking to Kayla about his lingering feelings. Niki decided to remain single for the foreseeable future.
Sebastian introduced Niki to Eleanor West. The following day Eleanor reached out to hang out with Niki. After several chaotic Dodo runs, failed boosts and hilarious banter the girls admitted they had become true besties.
Niki had begun advertising her Birth Chart & Compatibility Readings in the Yellow Pages. She received a phone call from Maxy Mersion to come down to Hayes Auto Body Repairs to give Compatibility Readings to the employees to "improve communication." A short while later she saw that Hayes was hiring, she passed her resume along to Kennedy Adams and was able to get a job.
Niki had met Bryce Miller & Jeffy Coldiron at Hayes. She slid Bryce her number and they agreed to hangout. Bryce brought Jeffy to their "not date" at Uwu. She discovered Bryce's complicated situation with his ex, Cleo Shaw and decided not to pursue flirting with Bryce. Jeffy gave Niki his number and they started casually texting. Not long after, Jeffy reached out to hang out with Niki and they decided to be "friends with benefits".
Hayes was down bad on materials and sent their employees out to do sanitation runs. This is where Niki met Abduleon Romanov. Niki started hanging out with Abduleon more and more when Eleanor was doing hot girl shit with her "not-boyfriend." After their flirtatious fling was discovered by Maxy in the breakroom at Hayes, where Abduleon also worked, they decided to try dating.
Niki was taken hostage for a bank robbery. This is how Niki met Lukas Fenri. They started hanging out and boosting together. This caused Niki to re-evaluate her relationship status. She broke things off with Abduleon and decided to remain friends while she tried casually dating Luka (and others). Luka wanted a label, but Niki wasn't sure about it. After an intense few days of being official - and Luka reading through her phone (to see if she was a snitch after getting the meth cooking unlock) he discovering her texts with Jeffy - they broke things off.
Niki & Eleanor had both had interactions with a certain playboy - La Flare Davis - they attended a "Flare-tervention" where Niki met Achez Perez. Eleanor and Niki would hang out at the R.U.S.T scrapyard and eventually their mutual friend, Cydney Lune, joined them. They became known as L.U.S.T - for shits & giggles - and would hang out with the R.U.S.T boys often. Niki and Perez decided they'd give "friends with benefits" a try.
Niki was enjoying her time flirting and not committing to anything serious. She met Shadow and they bonded over their goth lifestyle. Niki hanging out with Shadow made Perez jealous and they decided to remain friends and not sleep together anymore.
Niki was working at Hayes one day with Rue Minmi when Irwin Dundee arrived and attacked them. Stabbing Rue in the stomach and slicing Niki's throat. He told them he did this because of their boss, Shane Powers, joining another gang. After a successful surgery, leaving her unable to talk for several days, Niki confided in Shadow about what happened. Thus, the Hayes v BBMC war began.
Niki worked at Uwu a lot and tried to stay out of trouble during this time. One day, Dundee walked in confused, thinking he worked there. He was allowed to work and Niki decided to take the opportunity to confront him. She cornered him in the backroom of Uwu and revealed to him that he is a dangerous person who hurts people.
Shadow ended up leaving town and their relationship fizzled out. Around this time, Niki had been talking to Jeffy more often. They had stopped sleeping with each other after his experience with The Game Master. The more they talked the more Niki felt like she might have feelings for him. She decided to tell him about these feelings and he heard her out. The next day, he flew out of the city without word on when or if he would return.
In May 2022, Mayor Sabith "Bunny" Cohen revived the Parks and Recreation department that had been defunded by Mayor Emma Gaine. Bunny hired Charlie Greene as the Parks & Rec Director. As a recreation coordinator, Niki helped run several successful Parks & Rec events for the city such as "Friendly Feud Fridays". Bunny eventually promoted Niki to Assistant Director at Charlie's request.
Niki continued to pursue legal jobs and got a job with Paleto Pets. After an incident with Ayub Elmi, where her boss decided not to give him the animal, Ayub sued Paleto Pets. Mike Block started kidnapping Paleto Pet employees and trying to force them to give Ayub his pet. Mike kidnapped Niki from PawnHub and took her cat, Raven, from her. Telling her to throw the court case to ensure Ayub gets his pet. It was 3 months before Niki got Raven back.
Jeffy turned up in England... in prison. This man really assaulted a guard and broke his windpipe... He contacted Bryce, Barbra Thunk, Ethyl & Niki to help rescue him. Ethyl got herself arrested while trying to save Jeffy alone. Dante Wolf was called on to fill her shoes. They rescued him from a long prison sentence and brought him home to Los Santos.
Niki & Jeffy started hanging out more and more, but it didn't last long. He left town again shortly after returning home. Barbra started struggling with a metamorphine addiction after her best friend died. Niki tried to help her, but this only caused her nightmares to return. She began to break under the pressure of her Assistant Director position. She began drinking and her cravings for cocaine returned.
After a change in the mayoral administration to Mayor Mickey S, Charlie suspected Deputy Mayors Ricardo Perez (an avid hater of the Bunny administration) and Ayub Elmi of plotting to hijack the Parks & Rec department from her. Mayor Mickey was preoccupied transferring the July budget to the Parks & Rec account, he missed a call from Ricardo questioning numbers on the Parks & Rec budget. Later in the day, as a consequence, they lost their leverage against Charlie and Niki during a standoff inside of the Mayor's Office--where Charlie openly refused to work with Ricardo. Niki tried to mediate the standoff with a compromise where she would work with Ricardo on a review of the next budget. After a tense exchange where Charlie told Ricardo she didn't trust him and Ricardo intimated being a better event planner than her, the meeting adjourned with the compromise that Ricardo would help review the next budget and remain available as a "resource".
Jeffy returned to town and met with Niki to confront her about looking into the Game Master case. She explained that she looked into the case to helpCharlie, search for her missing girlfriend, Luna Park. He broke things off with her. She used cocaine again for the first time in years.
"Burning Mandem" event planner Lana Valentine from MDM Records conferred with Mickey, Ricardo, and Ayub inside of the Mayor's Office to accuse Parks & Rec of imitating "Burning Mandem" with a state-funded "Free Your Mind Festival" on June 25, 2022. MDM Records co-owner Dwayne Flores angrily wanted Charlie to reschedule both the "Free Your Mind Festival" and Fourth of July event to a date that didn't upstage "Burning Mandem". In an effort to sabotage the "Free Your Mind Festival", The Mandem worked to persuade the Lost MC and the booked Wu Chang Records artists to pull out.
In a tense negotiation at MDM Records between The Mandem and Charlie, Niki, and Pact Nicely on June 23, 2022 that Mayor Mickey belatedly showed up to at Bunny's strategic request, Parks and Recreation agreed to move the "Free Your Mind Festival" from Sandy Shores to the Vinewood Bowl and to change their start time of the Fourth of July event.
When the "Free Your Mind Festival" event was at risk of being attacked by a then-member of the Lost, Sai Carter. Charlie & Niki met with him to try to resolve the issue. Niki paid $30k to ensure the Lost wouldn't interfere. About 30 minutes later, Niki called Sai to buy drugs. Sai sold her the drugs, and then offered to bring her boosting with him & his friends. She accepted the offer.
A few days later, Niki found out that Sai had taken Jeffy's dog, Sam, and put Jeffy in the ICU. Niki did all she could to get Sam back safely. After speaking to Charlie, Charlie decided to call Sexton Hardcastle to have him protect Niki. Sai accused Niki of calling the cops and claimed the dog had died. Believing she had inadvertently killed Sam, Niki used a larger amount of drugs and she overdosed. Fortunately, she overdosed outside of Uwu where Cleo Shaw was working and she performed life-saving CPR on her.
While Niki was in the hospital, Wrangler performed a raid on Uwu cafe.
After waking up in the hospital, Niki received another call from Sai offering to return the dog to her. She left the hospital and met him at MRPD to receive the dog and handed him over to Hardcastle. Niki kept her word and didn't talk to the cops about Sai giving her drugs. Later that night, Sai continued to test Niki and tried to get her to kill a random civilian. She refused and ended up getting shot. Sai got her to Grandmas and promised to not initiate things with Jeffy (or Bunny). Meanwhile, the civilian reported the incident leading to Niki getting her first warrant.
The next day, Niki had a rough conversation with Jeffy on the phone. Niki got drunk and vented to Charlie and Rocky Topps. Niki began having chest pains and was rushed to the hospital. Her heart failed and she had surgery. Her doctor, Tsury Nanakaze, convinced her to talk to Quinn Naiper and admit herself to Parsons Rehabilitation Center. Niki accepted the help after Charlie begged her. Charlie told her Jeffy "wouldn't talk to her until she was sober and clean" and Niki told Charlie to tell him one thing, "Do Better."
Niki started seeing Quinn regularly and started stepping back from event responsibilities. She also started talking more to Sai and began reconsidering her options in the city. Trying to determine what would make her happy. She finally had a talk with Charlie about her situation and Charlie pledged her support for Niki no matter what she decided to do. Niki also had a rough talk with Jeffy and discovered she no longer had feelings for him.
On July 4, 2022 when Parks & Rec finally held their planned "4th of July Extravaganza" at Vespucci Beach, Charlie couldn't find Niki. After the event concluded, Jeffy passed along a written note from Niki to Charlie. In the note, Niki apologized for the no-show and stated that she needed to take a leave of absence from Parks & Rec. After coordinating one last "Friendly Feud" on July 8, 2022 as an emergency favor for Charlie, Niki resigned from Parks and Recreation.
Niki started working more and more with Sai. She went on several weed runs before almost being caught by Lea Nova - Sai rescued her. After Sai got out of prison, they went back to the Lost compound to destroy the weed plants they had planted earlier that day in case of a raid. They spoke about where Niki sees herself ending up. Niki confessed she felt lost.
Sai took Niki with him on a mission to shoot doctors at the hospital, once Niki realized Jeffy was on duty she ran away. Sai believed she had abandoned him. After Niki was brutally attacked while on the phone with Sai, he searched for her and found her, at the same time as the police, on Chumash pier. At this time, Niki lost parts of her memory. She forgot her time at Parks & Rec, her relationship with Jeffy - all her time as a legal civilian was gone. She turned to Charlie for answers and was told she had pushed Charlie away. Niki continued to ask the question why their friendship fell apart and Charlie could not give her an answer.
Charlie revealed she had started dating Jeffy at this time and Niki felt betrayed. With her memories slowly coming back, she felt as though Charlie had chosen a relationship with Jeffy over their friendship. With her best friends finding their place in the city. Cyd, a member of RUST, and Eleanor, spending more and more time with Mortelle, Niki questioned her place in the city. She decided to leave.
Niki met with all those important to her - Abduleon, Shadow, Cyd and Eleanor - to say her final goodbyes before flying out of the city for good. She bought a one-way ticket to Boston and left to start a new life with Raven.
Niki's Return & Death[]
Niki flew back into the city on November 21st, 2022 to visit her friends and share some good news. She arrived at the airport and called Cyd. Upon realizing Cyd didn't remember who she was and Cyd explaining she wasn't a part of RUST anymore, Niki pressed for what happened. Cyd told her she had been shot in the head and thrown in the ocean. Niki told Cyd she had to make a call and would call her back. Niki called Perez and demanded he pick her up from the airport.
After Perez picked her up, Niki blasted him for what happened to Cyd. Perez took Niki to the place where Cyd had been ocean dumped. They spoke for a while, Perez admitting he promised to leave RUST with Cyd if she ever wanted to go. Niki accused him of being a liar and failing Cyd. Niki pushed Perez to admit RUST had serious issues and he eventually vented about them. Niki asked Perez if he wanted to leave RUST, he hesitated. Niki tried to persuade him to tell Cyd the truth. In an attempt to keep his secrets safe, he handcuffed Niki and dragged her out into the ocean. Pushing her under the waves and killing her.
Niki's body was dumped at Viceroy by local EMS (who SUCK at their job, my god) and EMS Storm Peyton transported her to the morgue to perform her autopsy. Ryan Edwards, Flop Dugong & Sexton Hardcastle arrived to begin their investigation. Cyd attempted to call at this time. A partial print was found on the handcuffs that had been left on her body, her engagement ring was removed and Raven was also recovered. Raven's collar was engraved with a message saying "Eleanor, you're the godmother, deal with it".
