Brad Bett

Deceased OG Member — Brad Bett became involved in a situation with officer Alex Suarez, where Brad ended up taking him hostage as a bargaining chip. As he was slowly surrounded, he was skittish and moved back and forth due to his realization that he would likely be shot regardless of what he did after he took Suarez hostage. He was indecisive about whether to follow through with his plan to escape the law or surrender, eventually deciding to give up. He put his gun away and put his hands up; however, Suarez immediately turned around and proceeded to magdump Brad. NBC was informed of what had occurred and tried to bring him back to life in multiple ways, but each attempt either did nothing to help the situation or worsened it. NBC tried transplanting Booga Ooga's blood, performing the same ritual that revived Hutch Hutcherson, having Mr. Kebun twerk on his lifeless body, and finally electrocuting his body inside the power plant. Hoping these attempts would succeed, they took him back to the NBC docks and, for a while, believed they had succeeded in reviving him. However, after Brad weakly handed Pilbis his NBC chain and his ID card, he passed away.

Basem Shahin

Deceased Associate — Basem Shahin was held in contempt of court and fined $500,000. While in prison, he told other prisoners about Mayor Denzel Williams and his ties to cocaine. Andi Jones (Denzel's wife) heard of this badmouthing and took Basem hostage as soon as he exited prison. In order to keep Basem quiet, Andi decided to tear off his nails and torture him. This resulted in Basem pointing a gun at Andi's head before he was dropped off. Later in the day, Basem called Denzel and asked him to meet him at the Chumash Pier. This is where Denzel confronted him about events earlier in the day (Basem putting a gun to Andi Jones' head and speaking publicly about Denzel's private business). Basem admitted to Denzel that he had done these things, leading to Denzel fatally shooting him mid-sentence with an AK.

Dean Quincy

Former Full Member — Dean Quincy was doing various bank jobs and robbing oxy runners with NBC. Dean quickly became associated with and friends with all of the crew. Guy and Peanut propose that he join the gang, especially with NBC's reputation rapidly growing. After a week or so, Dean finally accepted and was "Blooded-In" by getting his kneecaps shot by Guy Jones. Dean was the third Full Member of NBC. After a few months of being with the gang and all they had been through, Dean slowly stopped hanging around with the crew. He felt that NBC doesn't treat him as a family that does things together and gets credited for everyone involved; instead, he felt that it was never a "we did it" but an "I did it" that he was never apart of. Dean then announced on the 18th of August 2021, that he was leaving NBC. Dean later joined The Mandem on the 7th of September 2021.

Patar Bellosh

Former Full Member — Patar Bellosh is a very close friend of Dean Quincy's. Naturally, because Dean had been rolling with NBC a lot, Patar was also introduced to a lot of the crew. Everyone loved Patar, and he quickly became associated with them. After about two weeks, Guy and Peanut decided to induct him as a Full Member. Much like the previous initiations with Brad and Alan, they pranked Patar as if they were mad at him. They took him to a remote location and shot him multiple times. Patar was the fourth Full Member of the NBC. Patar slowly started drifting away from the gang, much like Dean. A lot of his close friends resided in The Mandem, and Patar slowly grew interested in joining them. Patar then announced on the 18th of August 2021 that he was leaving NBC and joining Mandem on the 7th of September 2021.
