Nate "Sneaky" Karama is a member of The Funhouse Clowns. He is most known for his skeleton mask and top hat with an ace of diamonds card tucked into its white band. He earned his nickname from how he's often seen sneaking around, eavesdropping or hiding in people's unlocked cars.
Sneaky wears a variety of outfits, ranging from one of his original outfits (a black jacket with a white fluff hood, black pants and red gloves) to his crime outfit (black jacket, red pants and red glowing antennas) to his comfortable outfit (sweater with a skull in front, black scarf, black pants) to his biker outfit (leather jacket with patches and pants with skeleton hands). He also has a habit of holding his hands outwards in a spooky manner wherever he goes. Whenever he's asked why he holds his hands out the way he does, he says "to capture people" however when asked what he does with people he captures, he explains that he lets them go because they're too much responsibility.
His personality is that of a trickster, as he seems to enjoy causing mischief. Sneaky is always in high spirits, always having fun even in the most dangerous of situations. He is well-known for his iconic laughter, which can range from a soft giggling to a deranged cackle. He sometimes has a broken common sense, opting to do things that would be considered a bad idea. For example, stabbing your friend (in a "helpful" way) to the point they bleed out and almost die. As Nate Karama, he has white hair and also wears a variety of outfits. Nate uses a softer (almost whisper like) voice and occasionally says things in Japanese.
When asked if he was a clown, Sneaky responded that he was a "skeleton", instead. However, he eventually became part of The Funhouse Clowns, and now refers to himself as a "skele-clown". While Sneaky quickly became the face most people recognize—particularly for his antics with The Funhouse Clowns and his eerie yet comedic presence—Nate Karama is the core. Sneaky is not a separate identity but a curated mask—one Nate chooses to wear or remove. The goal being that people will know Sneaky more than they know Nate so that Nate can operate secretly in the shadows.
While Nate and Sneaky were viewed as separate identities for a long time (over a year), including having different SIM cards and different groups of people that knew them, this is no longer the case. After Sneaky's SIM was lost, Nate decided that it had been enough time so the secret could be revealed. Now the identities are one and very few people are unaware.

Early Life[]
Nate Karama's life started with misfortune. On the day of his birth, a strong storm caused the power in the hospital to go out. His father was driving to the hospital, and on the way, he was blinded by a lightning strike which caused him to crash and die. Shortly after, his mother died post-labor, leaving Nate with no parents. He ended up being raised in a special facility where he was taunted by the children for having "bad karma", earning him the name "Karama". He also watched many anime dubs at the facility, which taught him english and gave him his peculiar manner of speech. After he turned 4 years old, he was given a room number for a hotel run by a mysterious organization. This facility, referred to as "Shin No Hoteru" by Nate, was a building with 4 floors, 444 rooms, and was used to train assassins. Every child was assigned a room, with Nate's being room 4.
Every year on April 4th, at 4:44 a.m, all the children at the hotel would receive letters under their door with a room number in it, and a directive to assassinate the resident of that room by the end of the year. If they refused or failed to do so by the end of that year, they would face public execution. If they succeeded, they would be locked in their room until the next target was given. This would continue until they turned 18, after which they would be released. Despite the difficulties, Nate managed to successfully eliminate his target every single year and avoid being assassinated himself until he was finally released after he turned 18. It is assumed that before he was released, his memory was wiped as he did not recall this portion of his life for a long time. Years later, Nate met Twinkles and Jordan Bones, and eventually found his way into Los Santos.
Life In Los Santos[]
In Los Santos, Nate Karama commonly did roof running, boosting, BMXing, and racing. He would offer his assassin services when a civilian (incapable of asking their group to defend them) was harmed in some way. He would do jobs with his friends who were in gangs and had keys to "the job house" where they would do crime together. His work ethic, calculated demeanor, complex interpersonal dynamics and sass—have shaped much of what eventually led to the birth of Sneaky.
Sneaky's birth on May 12th 2024 was prompted by a dramatic attempt to fake Nate's death. The original version was unsettling and ghost-like, whispering threats and creeping through shadows with the express intent to disturb. Over time, Sneaky’s tone lightened, as he wanted to form deeper connections with others. He evolved into a trickster, known for his spinning bone-creak, running after people and catchphrase, “I’m hungry,” usually prompting food offerings from the public. Sneaky even had a food business when fishing was introduced called Sneaky Snacks, where he would sell the food people gave him since he had way too much of it. He also played a game in the apartment elevators called "The Elevator Game", where prizes would be given, most of which weren't really anything special.
Sneaky lives a somewhat double life, taking up odd jobs like selling spare parts and doing crime as Sneaky, while working at fast food places and taking hits as Nate Karama. Nate will emerge in any moment that Sneaky cannot (buying food from a stall he's been banned from, because he blew it up) or when a group is upset with Sneaky (such as Already Dead MC), determined to resolve a situation that is harming his persona.
Nate has known Twinkles for a long time and considers him one of his best friends, the other being Jordan Bones. He was also good friends with January Fooze, and she hinted at him joining Hydra Gang. Nate spent some time with them and left care packages at each of the doors of their houses for a period of time. He also sold weed at their block and did some crime with them. However, after the issue with ADMC and January no longer around in the city, Nate decided to no longer try to join Hydra.
While Sneaky is considered a new member of the Funhouse Clowns, he has been around for a while and many clowns know him far longer than some other clowns do. Bozo, Scruffy Doodle, Wendy Thomas, Stumbles Fumbles, Lily Night-Sky and Kirk Jerkems were among the Clowns (aside from Twinkles) who knew Sneaky before he officially joined the Funhouse Clowns. At first, he began hanging out with the clowns and assisting them with various tasks. Eventually, he became a full member of the group after proving his determination.
💀 Trivia[]
- Soon after she moved to the city, January Fooze enlisted Nate as her personal "assassin" against people she did not like. She had him coerce Wendy Thomas into changing her makeup to something other than yellow hearts on her cheeks, as January thought she was pretending to be a Fooze sister. Sneaky later apologized to Wendy for his role in this.
- Wendy Thomas, FlyRone Smith, Twinkles, Chatterbox, Mr. Ratchet, Lily Night-Sky, and Ember Quinn all made outfits based off of Sneaky.
- Nate and Wendy have unofficially began adopting some of their friends as their "children", due to how often they both have to come to their aid and take care of them. So far, this includes Johanna Golden, Marley, Goopert, and Fred Mango.
- Rissa Berry is terrified of Sneaky and often runs and hides from him, despite him always being excited to see her.
