Description[]
Mr. Ratchet is a member of the Clowncil, and the crackhead of Los Santos.
He is most well-known for dressing like Monkey D. Luffy.
Backstory[]
Mr. Ratchet was born in crack, and was raised off of the milk of his crack queen mother, Luna Ratchet. Mr Ratchet sold himself for $300 as a gun for hire, a lover, and sometimes a spit shiner. He found himself working at X-mart and became a member of Gulag Gang shortly after. Though he is a crackhead, he's well known by police as the rat-route menace when it comes to getaway driving, and is also a notorious user of the "airport jump."
On December 18th, 2022, Mr. Ratchet was blooded out of Gulag Gang. If he admitted to dumping Future Hendrix he could stay. Ming Jingtai & Marty Banks suspected Mr. Ratchet of being the mastermind behind this event, but he chose to deny their claims and was then shot by Marty.
After getting to know the Clowns and running and planning with them on several jobs and activities, Mr. Ratchet was offered full membership into the Clowncil during a Council of Clowns meeting at The Funhouse on Wednesday, January 11th, 2023.
After the city reopened, Mr. Ratchet signed the New Clown Order Clown Code. When the Clowncil reformed in early 2024, he joined once again, resuming his responsibilities as heist planner. In June 2024, he began dating fellow clown Ember Quinn, becoming a fiery and petty on-and-off relationship despite Ember's marriage with Johanna Golden in April 2025.
Mr. Ratchet has an alter personality named Cracky.
