General Description[]
Mr. Blue is a member of The Faceless. It is unknown whether or not he is the leader, or just a high-ranking member of the organization. He is a very mysterious individual who operates in the shadows, directing missions for The Faceless. He wields immense power in the city, able to make most gang leaders do his bidding and act as his "assets". He is the most prolific arms dealer in the city and has a seemingly endless supply of munitions, vehicles, and connections. Mr. Blue is an extremely thorough strategist, and his schemes always have multiple layers and objectives.
Appearance[]
Mr. Blue, as his namesake implies, is always seen wearing a nice blue suit with blue pants and gloves. He commonly wears a featureless blue mask with white eyes but has also been seen with an ornate blue skull mask on occasion. Mr. Blue is a very calculated individual, with every word he speaks and move he makes being done with intent. He is always thinking ten steps ahead of everyone else. He is often accompanied by his personal armed guards when he is expecting company.

- Theorized to be one of The Four Horsemen of Apocalypse (The Horseman of War) due to his connection to Norman Bones and Pestilence, as well as bringing vast quantities of arms and military vehicles into the city.
